With on one side the forest with dune area where you see deer walking and you hear the owl calling... And on the other side, the view of the flower fields! Below you is the hiking/bike path and the tourist highway Duinweg between Noordwijkerhout and Noordwijk, where day-trippers enjoy this beautiful route. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. You have a small private patio with dining table and chairs. 1 dog is very welcome. This is the perfect ocean studio for your beach holiday. No free parking.

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Habitus Studio, Nova Zandvoort

Our studio is equipped with all comforts, with a lovely 160x210. A private kitchen, lovely shower and TV with Netflix. It is a quiet street and everything is within walking distance. Our beach has many beautiful, fun and cozy beach bars with incredibly delicious food and beautiful wines. Our village is very cozy. Nice shops and nice restaurants. The nature in the area is beautiful. The ideal beach vacation, (kite)surf vacation or enjoy the nature in the area.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
