kocai es un hotel ecológico, de solo 7 habitaciones inspiradas en la antigua casa maya. las habitaciones rodean nuestra piscina de más de 12 metros de diámetro y a una profundidad de 1.40 metros. contamos con camas y almohadas con tecnología de memoria, calentadores de agua solares, un sistema de tratamiento de agua residual, nuestras habitaciones no cuántas con Ariel acondicionado ya que por la composición y materiales se mantienen frescas gran parte del día y durante toda la noche.
