The area is quiet and family friendly with nice hiking opportunities and playground close by. It is very easy and quick access from Bergen airport (15 min by tram), as well as easy to get to Bergen city center (15 minutes by bus). FAQ: «Is it within walking distance from the airport?» No, it’s about 10 min by car. If you want to go by public transport you will have to take a light rail and then bus.

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.
