Words can not describe how amazing this place is, from lush green gardens that surround the whole property, to a gorgeous 3 bedroom house with everything you could imagine inside. Vivica has thought of everything to make your stay as easy as possible and non stressful. The kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are clean and cosy with comfortable mattress's and the house just makes you feel at home when you enter. The property is in a fantastic location, I strongly recommend this property for your next stay in Warburton. 5min walk to the river, 15min walk to the shops/restaurants and 20min walk to the water park! Andrew was a great host and made us feel home. Kids enjoyed playing pool. Clean space and well maintained backyard. Kitchen, bathroom and rooms had all the essentials. Quite thoughtful about the guests and had things around the house for all ages, books, toys etc.

An absolute gem of a holiday house! Surrounded by stunning nature and towering trees, it’s the perfect escape for peace and tranquility. The views were breathtaking, and the serenity made it feel like a hidden paradise.

I loved staying at Bruce’s beautiful accomodation. Was a great weekend away and needed time off! The place is very close to the river and to the town, walking distance within 10 minutes at least! Very beautiful scenery and views as well! For the current pricing market for accomodation as well! Bruce’s is very reasonably priced!

Our 3rd stay @ Peta’s so that should say it all. Perfect couples retreat or would be amazing solo too - Peta is a super host; responsive, friendly and caring. Her attention to detail is beautiful and her wish is that you feel welcome & have a great time. We felt special with fresh flowers, garden herbs, breakfast provisions but I’ve got a feeling this is standard & part of Peta’s hospitality. Excellent location, once we arrive we don’t use our car. I’m a keen cyclist and bushwalking is a shared passion with my partner - it is a haven for both these activities. There are lots of opportunities around Warburton to be immersed in nature but to be honest you can also enjoy it from the back deck or in the deep bath with French doors open or closed. Super private, walkable to town, great kitchen, easy to use BBQ, comfy bed with beautiful linen, ample towels, NO sticky lockbox with worn out numbers you can hardly see in a poorly lit, badly described spot (don’t we all hate those!). Easy 5 ⭐️

Four of us girls stayed at Hollyville for the weekend and it was the most perfect place to stay. The house was spotless, very clean and very comfortable. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. We loved the sun light shining through the house giving a warm cosy country feel, with beautiful views of the paddock and the cows. We went star gazing one night and we were delighted that there were warm blankets and torches were readily available right at the front entrance. We enjoyed our stay so much and we definitely want to come back again.

Absolutely stunning home! Everything thing you need for a relaxing holiday with the family and of course our pet dog. We enjoyed the pool room, breakfast outside taking in the beautiful views and serenity. Furnishings are stunning, comfortable beds. Short distance to Alexandar for supplies. Georgie is very helpful and easy to communicate with, I would highly recommend staying at Georgie’s accommodation. We can't wait to come back again!

We had a great stay at Robyn’s unit in Yea. Very comfortable, clean and really well appointed. Robyn was lovely to deal with and appreciate our early checkin. Great location, only 5 min walk to the main street. Would highly recommend!

Great studio apartment in a wonderful location right behind Armadale’s High St. Light & bright large with super comfortable queen bed & full size kitchen & dining table & lovely little balcony to catch the morning sun. Tram’s a 1 minute walk & train station a stroll down the high street. Very quiet location especially considering its proximity to the shopping & eating precinct. Others have mentioned the metal circular access staircase. As long as you have considered that when booking, it presented no problems & meant additional privacy & a lovely outlook over the surrounding suburb. I’m a frequent visitor to Melbourne & will definitely stay here again.

Jo's place was perfectly positioned - walkable to the tennis and the centre of town but peaceful and quiet with all amenities nearby. Although we didn't eat in, as we were sampling all the good Melbourne food, the apartment was well provisioned. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location for us. We loved the terrace with a nice view of Melbourne stadiums and a decent vantage to the CBD as well. Tram right outside was convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Frances and Ray were the ultimate hosts. Nothing was too hard and they went the extra mile when our car broke down. The unit itself was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Everything was supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms. So many extra treats including wine, chocolates and an array of hot beverage choices. We could not recommend Frances play any higher. A perfect spot to explore this beautiful part of the country.

The apartment was perfect for the price. Suits singles and couples. Very accessible to transport and lots of restaurants. Would stay here again.

This place is so unique and such a treat to experience and learn about it's histor from the owner/designer herself... It's NOT a common/commercial stylish resort not a typical AirBnB private home... It's more of an estate with a resort in its history, and an immersive lesson in interior design with history to discover should you choose. the grounds and surrounding area are beautiful and teeming with life. I did not know what to expect and may have planned our week a little differently AND stayed longer had I known. We made a quick trip by Lockys Legacy (a private wombat rescue) and I highly recommend that if you get a chance .

The home was beautifully set up, incredibly well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Phillip was a fantastic host—his communication was excellent, and he made sure we felt completely at ease from the moment we booked. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. The location was great, the house was beautiful, and the entire experience was just wonderful. This booking was for our annual girls' getaway, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Deepika was a responsive host, providing clear instructions that made our stay seamless. We were charmed by the peaceful surroundings, waking up to the delightful sounds of birdsong each morning. The freshly cut flowers, bottle of wine, and Anzac biscuits awaiting us were such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. Our favorite spot, without a doubt, was the outdoor spa, where we spent countless relaxing hours. It was truly a memorable escape.

My partner and I had the most lovely experience at the blackwood. We were in much need of a relaxing getaway and this estate provided just that. The fireplace and the bathtub are definitely standouts about the house and it have just about everything to ensure some alone time with each other. The town was great as well and Justin and Guy were both amazing with their recommendations and made us feel right at home. Would recommend to anyone!!
