Fantastic, relaxing stay in a beautiful Villa, made exceptional by Ebru as our host and Natali as well as Gul, the two housekeepers who looked after us. We felt very well looked after as a family. Ebru was responsive and provided recommended during our stay. Natali helped a great deal and was very kind.

Amazing place to stay in Kos! The rooftop is amazing with views to die for and private sun loungers and jacuzzi (not warm but perfect to cool down in the heat). The place is super private and you can walk to Zia (up a very steep hill!) but also take your car too. The host is great, sends regular messages and even gave us a souvenir when we left. Thankyou for a great stay and if we ever return to Kos, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Selma's house, large, beautiful, very well decorated and very pleasant to live in: shade, pool, terraces, magnificent view and quiet environment. The house is very close to the city center but the path is very steep. We would recommend this house!

It was a really great house, far beyond my expectations. The house had a lot of everything we might need. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is all the equipment you need to cook. Stylish glasses, porcelain coffee cups and coffee machines... I would also like to draw attention to the cleanliness of the house. It was a clean house. We'd really love to stay longer. If we consider coming to Bodrum again, I will definitely stay in this house. Özlem took great care of us from the day we arrived until the day we left. I would like to thank him from here.

Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful environment with fantastic views, walking distance from Zia. Located in the center of Kos island. Enjoyed every minute of it!

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

We were greeted by Zeynep Hnm's wife, Mr. Mert. It was friendly, helpful, and very easy to communicate with. The house was clean and very handy. We had a quiet, peaceful time. This will be our first choice of accommodation route when we come back to the basement.

Mr. Yaşar was extremely interested in us and answered our questions quickly. The house was as seen and described in the photos; the view was outstanding. There was nothing missing in the house and everything met our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Ebru was very communicative during our stay. We unfortunately had to leave a couple of days early due to airline changes. The unit was very clean and had a spectacular view of the harbour. The main town was about a 10 to 15 min walk. Our only complaint was the beds were a little hard to our liking but not Ebru’s fault. The rest of our stay was comfortable.

The house of Ilias is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist hotspots, but still close enough to all the sights. There were extra toys for our young children. The kitchen is well equipped. And the outdoor area was just wonderful for relaxing. Ilias provided us with vegetables and wine. The only downside, the many mosquitoes that somehow made it into the house despite extensive protection on windows and doors. We will be happy to come back if we should come back to Kos.

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

We loved the house! Immaculate, central location, spacious and had everything we needed. Ms. Ayça's friendly and hospitality was very pleasant. We are very pleased to stay in this house at the best time of Bodrum. Hope to see you next year

The place is very cozy and beautiful, very personal, tasteful and lovingly furnished, there is plenty of space and windows all around. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower is great. Communication with Helen and Dimitri was very friendly and pleasant. We felt very comfortable, thank you!

Peaceful place in a nice area overlooking the town and sea, with kind and friendly cats and dogs who welcome you. Well equipped and clean accommodation, and the host was very responsive if we needed anything. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

We felt right at home with Martha. From the extremely friendly reception, to the abundant water provided, wine and olive oil to great recommendations in the area. Martha made our time on Kos Island an unforgettable experience. The special icing on the cake was her cat, who greeted us kindly every morning and every evening. The place is a must for anyone who needs a relaxed and calm stay. The house was very easily accessible, ideal and suitable for our needs, beautifully decorated and furnished and equipped with everything needed. The host is very helpful with excellent communication, shows interest in guests and is always willing and proactive to help with your stay.

Friendly host, beautiful apartment, lots of facilities, great beds, perfect location

Nice quiet location. A car/scooter is urgently needed. Amazing view from the roof terrace. The house is furnished with everything you need. Very clean and maintained. However, you should not be taller than 1.80 m because it is a tiny house construction. The bed was a bit hard, but you get used to it. We felt very comfortable and were happy to come back!!

You have to stay in this beautiful place, nestled in the mountains, with a spectacular view and you can watch the sunset. It’s off road so you need a car but centrally positioned in the island so exploring is easy. Zia is a stunningly beautiful place which you can walk to. The best sunset views and restaurants on the island. We were met by ourlovely hosts who couldn’t be more helpful, leaving us fruit and milk in the fridge and toast, biscuits and home made jam. We were given great recommendations for restaurants and beaches and Irene was only a message away for any needs. Extremely friendly and welcoming, meeting us in the early hours of the morning for that personal touch. The house is absolutely beautiful, traditional and so homely. The outside space is private and you can sit and watch the stunning view in absolute peace. There are lovely herbs growing in the patio area and an amazingly fragrant plant by the back door that only smells at night. An absolute must place !!

We had a great stay experience. The host offered us an extra stay before and after because there were no guests, and thanks to him, we had a longer vacation. It's like we didn't rent an Airbnb, but we were guests at our friend's house. Thank you very much, I hope it will be available when we come back :)
