Amazing place to stay in Kos! The rooftop is amazing with views to die for and private sun loungers and jacuzzi (not warm but perfect to cool down in the heat). The place is super private and you can walk to Zia (up a very steep hill!) but also take your car too. The host is great, sends regular messages and even gave us a souvenir when we left. Thankyou for a great stay and if we ever return to Kos, we would definitely stay here again!

Magnifique séjour dans la maison de Selma, grande, belle, très bien décorée et très agréable à vivre : ombre, piscine, terrasses, vue magnifique et environnement calme. La maison est très proche du centre ville mais le chemin est très raide. Nous recommandons cette maison !

We definitely recommend this stay. Our group of 8 fit comfortably. We were able to park our car right out front, and the second car a short 2-min walk away. It felt very safe. It was very charming and as described. The host was very responsive and provided us with some recommendations for our day trip to Kos.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön! Sehr saubere, moderne und toll eingerichtete Wohnung, genau unser Geschmack. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend für den Aufenthalt. Während des Aufenthalts wurde die Wohnung 1x gereinigt, Handtücher und Bettbezüge gewechselt. Ein Auto zum Erreichen der Unterkunft und der umliegenden Ortschaften ist empfehlenswert. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir Fofi kennenlernen konnten. Eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die super schnell auf Anliegen antwortet :) wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Eda, çok dost canlısı biri ve mesajlara hemen cevap verdi. Çok ilgili davrandı. Annesi ve babası çok tatlı insanlar. Bizi kahvaltıya davet ettiler (yemekte kuş sütü eksikti). Annesi çok sıcakkanlı davrandı. Dönüşte bizi uygun bir fiyata havaalanına bıraktılar . Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Konum olarak Bodrum merkez’de ve taksi ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde. Biz ulaşım konusunda zorlanmadık.

We zijn erg vriendelijk ontvangen , hele behulpzame gastvrouw. De villa is erg mooi en netjes. Hele mooie adembenemende uitzicht vanaf het terras . Kamers zijn ruim en schoon . Mooie grote keuken met alle apparatuur. De Airconditioning werkt prima. Deze villa is een aanrader.

Meral Hanım ve eşi Cüneyt Bey’e çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Bizi çok iyi misafir ettiler. Ben, eşim ve kızım burada olmaktan çok memnun kaldık. Samimi olarak ifade etmek gerekirse kendimizi adeta evimizde hissettik. Evde hiç bir eksiklik yoktu ve tertemizdi. Konumu, manzarası ve denizi çok güzel. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday house! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor space to relax in. The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet peaceful enough to unwind. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Great place to stay and really close to Kos town. Beaches are walkable distance away and so are the archaeological sites! The bed was amazingly comfy and lovely outdoor seating. Only thing we would improve is the WiFi didn’t stretch to the bedroom but we weren’t too bothered and I’m sure the host would have sorted it if we asked! It’s by a busy road too, so can get noisy if that bothers you - didn’t bother us much! We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay, thankyou :)

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Kommunikation und Check-In und -out war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Tolle Architektur und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr vollgefühlt. Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten ruhigen Urlaub auf Kos, perfekter Mix zwischen Erholung und Aktivitäten vor Ort. Strand ca. 2min Fußweg. Tolle Bars, Tavernen und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig erreichbar. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft durch ihre Lage und den separaten Innenhof sehr ruhig. Dimitrios und Evi sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war super, schnelle Rückmeldungen auf unsere Fragen sowie hilfreiche Tipps / Organisation für bsp. Autovermietung und Flughafentransfer 😊 Liebe Evi, lieber Dimitrios vielen Dank für diesen Aufenthalt auf Kos, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Huzurlu bahçesiyle doğayla iç içe, keyifli ve unutulmaz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev içerisinde olanaklar gayet yeterli, temiz ve sessiz, merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde. Araç için özel otopark mevcut.

Staying at Niko's place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect—close to everything yet feeling secluded and calm. Just a 5-minute walk, and you're in the centre of Kos, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with a convenient market open till late nearby. The house itself is incredibly well-designed and well-built, with beautiful materials and finishes. The natural light fills the space, making it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom features a fantastic open-layout shower. The backyard is also a highlight—well-designed, fully furnished, with an outdoor shower and sink. It’s a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach before dinner. Finally, a big thanks to Niko for his excellent communication. He’s super friendly and professional. If you’re looking for the ideal spot in Kos, this is it. I’ll definitely be back next year. Bugüne kadar Türkiye'de kaldığım en iyi AIRBNB evi diyebilirim. Sıfır dublex. tüm eşyalar sıfır ve çok kaliteli . Tek ail kaldık ama 2 aile için bile epey büyük bir dublex. kendi özel havuzu büyük bir imkan. Ev sahibi İpek hanım her konuda yardımcı oluyor çok hızlı geri dönüşler yapıyor. iş seyahati nedeniyle kısa kaldık. ayrılmak istemedik. Bodrum'da bundan sonra tek adres diyebileceğimiz bir yer. Daha uzun bir zaman için tekrar AIRBNB üzerinden irtibata geçeceğiz. villa içi çok zevkli döşenmiş. iç mimarların tebrik etmek lazım. en önemlisi yatak nevresim çok temiz ve çok rahattı. her şey için çok ama çok teşekkürler 🙏

Tatil için Bodrum inanılmaz güzel bir lokasyon. Bodrum’u ailecek çok seviyoruz. Ve kesinlikle Bodrum’da geçirdiğimiz en konforlu tatildi diyebilirim. Ev gerçekten tam da fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi, hatta daha bile güzeldi. Balkonun deniz manzarasına bayıldık.Sabah günü balkonun manzarasında karşılamak çok keyifliydi. Site de belirtildiği gibi sessiz, sakin ve güvenli, plaja yürüyerek inmek Bodrum gibi bir yerde bulunmaz nimet.Gerçekten plaja ulaşım çok kolay ve ücretsiz olması da yine çok büyük bir artıydı bizim için. Site içerisinde yer alan restoranı da denedik; o da oldukça lezzetliydi. Bazı günler site dışına çıkmaya bile gerek kalmadan burada yemeklerimizi yedik.Evin çok temizdi (ben kendim temizlik hastası olduğum için otellerde kalamıyorum o yüzden bu kısım benim için çok çok önem arz ediyordu). İhtiyacımız olan her şey evde mevcuttu.Konakladığımız bu periyotta gerçekten çok keyif aldık. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve nazikti,her konuda yardımcı oldu.Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

You have to stay in this beautiful place, nestled in the mountains, with a spectacular view and you can watch the sunset. It’s off road so you need a car but centrally positioned in the island so exploring is easy. Zia is a stunningly beautiful place which you can walk to. The best sunset views and restaurants on the island. We were met by ourlovely hosts who couldn’t be more helpful, leaving us fruit and milk in the fridge and toast, biscuits and home made jam. We were given great recommendations for restaurants and beaches and Irene was only a message away for any needs. Extremely friendly and welcoming, meeting us in the early hours of the morning for that personal touch. The house is absolutely beautiful, traditional and so homely. The outside space is private and you can sit and watch the stunning view in absolute peace. There are lovely herbs growing in the patio area and an amazingly fragrant plant by the back door that only smells at night. An absolute must place !!

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev sahibi, öncesinde ve sonrasında misafir olmadığı için ekstra kalmamızı teklif etti ve sayesinde daha uzun tatil yaptık. Sanki Airbnb kiralamadık da arkadaşımızın evinde misafir olduk. Çok teşekkürler, tekrar geldiğimizde umarım boş olur ev :)

Öncelikle biz Fatoş hanımı çok sevdik. Harika bir ev sahibi. İlgili ve son derece özenli. Evi çok temiz, büyük ve bakımlı bir bahçeye sahip, aynı zamanda da güvenli. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey var. Hatta çok daha fazlası var. Kediler de bonusu. Özellikle Leyla'yı çok özleyecek gibiyiz. Tabii bahçeyi de... Burada sizi adeta harikalar diyarına davet eden bir bahçe var. Amacınız her gün koştur koştur bir yerlere gitmek değil de gerçekten biraz mola vermekse bahçedeki ağacın altında dinleneceğinize çok eminiz. Tabii dışarı çıkmak istediğinizde mahalle de çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak ev biraz daha mahallenin üstünde kaldığı için denize veya marketlere gitmek için araçla gelmenizi/kiralamanızı tavsiye ediyoruz. Kısacası Bitez’in kalbinde, her yere oldukça yakın ama bir o kadar da sakin ve huzurlu bir ev arıyorsanız gönül rahatlığıyla burayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Biz şimdiden özledik bile. :)
