“I was able to book this in the late morning of the same day we stayed , which was great. If you are hoping to get on the bike trail to walk or bike, it is a fantastic location. Alison was very hospitable and friendly. I didn't pay attention to the map so it is very much my fault, but the location is next to a road/highway that is fairly busy so there were more traffic sounds than I expected. The bedroom was a little warm during the night, but it was a hot day and like I mentioned I booked the place only a few hours before check in so wouldn't be surprised if the a/c window unit didn't have enough time to cool things down enough. The bedroom does have a powerful fan that helped.”

“Adam was very kind and understanding. I was scheduled to stay there while riding the Ohio to Erie trail and got in a bike accident and had to abandon my plans and return home. Adam offered a full refund immediately. I will 100% be staying with him again when I heal up and give the trail a second attempt. Everyone passing through Xenia should give Adam their business.”

“What a lovely, restful, well appointed Yurt experience!! We had not been familiar with this lodging option & SO GLAD we tried it!! Just a wonderful host, site, guest ammenities and interesting wildlife/active areas nearby, too. Do it all or, like did, opt for a bit of trail hiking, Pool floating, koi pond chillin’ & sippin at sunset.....then wind down with simple secluded fire-pit & star gazing. Absolutely the forest/nature Rx w/no ill side-effects :D”
