A lovely spot just off the A6 in a beautiful, quiet avenue. Jaz was lovely and friendly, always checking that I was ok and had all I needed. The apartment is a lovely little "house" in Jaz's back garden, so completely self-contained and private. Loved it. Perfect for what I needed.

Right from the start it felt right. The accommodation was perfect. Absolutely spotless and had everything going for it. The hosts Kathy and Sean were delightful people. Very approachable and interactive. The setting behind the house where the annexe was, was stunning. The garden was beautiful and very well kept. Very quiet and secluded.

We had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s cottage. It is a beautifully thought out cottage by the Lancaster canal. Through no fault of our hosts two things to consider as a dog owner; 1) a swan decided to sit by the canal in front of the dogs. This happened every day so must be it’s regular spot. Fortunately the gates are sturdy. 2) on our first afternoon soon after arriving the boatyards Alsatian dog obviously acting as a gaurd dog attacked our Labrador. Fortunately the boat yard owner was on hand to take his dog away. Consequently lots of dogs on leads around the property. The property is great, would recommend

Tanya was very friendly and helpful and gave clear instructions. The space itself was very stylish with bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and private outdoor space. It had everything you need for self catering. There was a lovely large comfortable bed and the hot tub was luxurious even having a gazebo to keep the rain off. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing weekend.
