A beautiful little Gem situated in lovely Lympstone. The location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to the train station with great connections to Exeter and Exmouth. The swan pub is less than a minutes walk and serves a great pint and lunch was 10/10. The property is of a high standard and has everything you need for a your stay, the bed is super comfy and the Shower lovely and hot. Cant wait to return

picture perfect little thatched cottage. very cosy with good central heating plus a gas fire. very clean, tidy inside and out. we had fabulous sunny dry weather so really enjoyed sitting in the garden. breakfast out front and supper round side patio. lovlie sunny garden. gated so we coukd leave our dog off lead x

Absolutely beautiful space! I loved staying here for 3 nights whilst I was on a course nearby, it was a lovely sanctuary to go back to and just chill! Charlotte provided everything I needed, the bed and linens were so comfortable and the bathroom has a lovely big shower. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be! Thank you Charlotte, I will definitely book again as I’ll be popping back to do more training there! Highly recommend such a gorgeous, stylish loft 💚🌸🙏

We had a great stay at Charlottes. Perfect accommodation for a few days away in Budleigh Salterton. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was immaculately clean. The lovely beach is just a few minutes walk away. The high street has local shops, cafes and takeaways so very convenient for our stay.
