Very good accommodation and very proactive and kind owner. Recommended also for business stays.

A spacious, clean and modern duplex within easy reach of the middle of Sandbach. Tim was also a delight to deal with. It's also very quiet. The courtyard outside the apartment is a bit of a mess because nearby building work is being completed, but, firstly Tim warned me of this, and secondly I was hardly aware of their presence. I'll be coming again.

We had an amazing overnight stay at Lauren's townhouse. We took the kids for a weekend away to visit Waterworld and the Monkey forest, both attractions were within a 20 min drive from the townhouse so a perfect location. The house was lovely and clean with tea/coffee and milk available. Comfy beds, fresh linen and a well presented outside space. Esay access with the lockbox and a quiet location but plenty of options for Just eat and deliveroo deliveries. Thank you Lauren!

The owners are lovely and helpful people who responded immediately when we needed to resolve a situation (batteries in a heating control panel) and turned up with a bottle of wine and bisquits for the little inconvenience. Stay was pleasant, location is super quiet and bed comfortable - had great sleep. Place has everything we needed. Parking was not a problem (free street parking). Would stay again.
