We had a great time at Mark’s place - it’s in the perfect spot to explore the Cotswolds. Mark was a wonderful host, he reached out to us even before our trip had started, and we arrived to the pleasant surprise of a starter pack with tea, coffee, milk, bread, fruit, vegetables, butter, wine, and some nibbles. Especially great since we arrived on a bank holiday, and weren’t sure if the stores were still open. The place is as described and seen on the photos - very clean, tidy, and cosy. We loved the fireplace! Thanks for being an amazing host, Mark - we’d recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat!

Lovely cottage in a great location, perfect for exploring the villages around the Cotswolds. Winchcombe is stunning with lots of pretty shops, pubs and walks. The cottage had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and our dog loved it too, thank you for a wonderful stay on our first visit to the Cotswolds.

Sandra was welcoming to her very peaceful place. The cottage was very clean and we loved talking to the friendly cat. There were many small extras that made the unit very comfortable. A great view over the town and conveniently close to Sudeley Castle and the shops. Many walks available around the district.

Such a lovely find in the heart of the Cotswolds!! Penny Cottage is so immaculate, stylish, and functional - what thoughtful touches Carol has included in this comfy home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need and more; the bathroom is large and modern with a soaking tub that is amazing after a long day out hiking or meandering around the villages; and the quality of the bed and linens is top-of-the line. Carol is so easy to communicate with and she makes sure you get all the information you need well in advance. If the weather is nice, you can take advantage of the lovely little back garden with beautiful flowers and a table where you can relax and enjoy your surroundings. I will definitely return and I give Carol’s cottage my highest recommendation!
