One of those rare airbnbs where you show up and the place is actually more serene than the pictures.. and that’s saying a lot for this place whose pictures look amazing. Serene views set on a quiet, blissful hilltop! We will be back!

Yuting’s place was actually a little larger than I needed, but that’s on me - with 3 ensuite bed+bath combos, and good workspaces, you could easily have several people doing WFH with no issue. It’s a well-laid-out split-level, so if you’re not up for stairs, it may not be your jam, but I appreciated getting my stairs in with my steps. The Main Bedroom suite’s separate deep tub was handy for soaking my weary bones, and there was never a lack of hot water, towels, or the like. Wifi was fast and easy to connect to, having the garage to park in and keep equipment (cart, bags) that I didn’t always need in was very handy. They had every utensil and amenity I needed, or could have needed, down to having a sewing kit for repairs, kid and toddler toys and seating tucked away, and plenty of room for storage. The place could easily serve for a longer stay with no issue at all. YuTing was easy to get ahold of and fast to respond and solve an issue I had when I arrived. 10/10 would stay again!

Loved this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our group. Something that surprised us and stuck out were how amazing the towels and bedding were! The host responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. Would book again, highly recommend!

As a weekend getaway this treehouse offers the perfect amount of scenery and comfort. While the lot is shared, you can’t tell there’s anyone around. The back deck view is stunning no matter the time of day and the fairy lights everywhere really make this place feel magical. I will absolutely be coming back here! I highly recommend this treehouse for anyone who loves the outdoors without going too far out of the city, plus the little town 15 minutes away has a delicious bakery. 100000/10😊

The home was even more stunning in person, the giant windows lit the house up, I loved the view. Having 3 master bedrooms with full bathrooms connected to each was so cool, and being able to bring our dogs along of course. The hot tub, pool table are such a cool extra bonus. A jacuzzis bathtub and fireplace in each of the 3 master bedrooms was so special. Royce was so friendly, we unfortunately could only stay one night and he accommodated for that in every way- really really amazing experience overall.

The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.

The house was great for our large group - three families with a mix of kids and adults. The bedrooms and bathroom configurations gave us plenty of options for privacy and the huge kitchen/dining/living space allowed us all to comfortably gather for meals. The views of the ocean were fantastic even when the weather kept us inside. Access to the beach is down a sand dune, which our group navigated without issues. It’s an easy beach walk to get to restaurants and a small market. Everyone in our group was happy and would gladly stay at this location again!
