Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

A garden with terrace and a parking space right in front of the courtyard are available for our guests. All destinations for daily needs are within walking distance. We are conveniently located close to the A2 and A44. Location between Münsterland and Soester Börde, near the Ruhr area and Sauerland.

Iserlohn - Modern basement apartment

The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. A terrace in front of the door is at your disposal, with table and chairs, to end your day in peace in the evening.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The spacious accommodation is suitable for families, friends or couples. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The forest and the golf course (with public restaurant) are 2 minutes by foot. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Trail leads through Neheim-Hüsten, making it ideally suited for cyclists as a stopover. There is a lot to explore by car within half an hour, such as the Sorpe and Möhnetal dams, the old town of Arnsberg and also the historic town of Soest.

It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Whether it's hiking in the wonderful nature, cycling, sailing, golfing, skiing - Bamenohl is worth a visit.
