Whether you are here for the Fair, passing thru on the trail/highway, or are a contract worker, come stay and rest at our place. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? We are located 1 block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurants. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable king bed in the loft, while downstairs features a cozy futon in the main living space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. This updated downtown retreat has two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. Off street parking is behind the house. This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. In the winter you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room and stay warm. Downtown is just walking distance way with historic sites and restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that is being renovated to enlarge the bnb. The walk-out basement is all new and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

Fern's Farmhouse - Minutes to WAFB and State Park

Enjoy our peaceful and relaxing country home just 1 mile from Whiteman AFB, Knob Noster State Park and Charming down town Knob Noster. Hear the birds chirping in the day and the frogs of the ponds in the evening. Surround yourself with pines, pasture, fruit trees and blackberry bushes outside and space for entertaining or family dinners inside. Built in 1940, this cute old sheep farm still holds its charm with many modern updates.

Convenient and comfortable! Our Colorful Cottage is within minutes of UCM and about 10 minutes from WAFB. We have the Cottage with all the amenities needed for a nightly, weekly, or a monthly stay. "The Broken Spoke" nightly rental sits on just over a quiet acre of land only steps from the Katy Trail and minutes from local restaurants and shopping. We can accommodate up to six in the house, we have additional camping space available for larger groups upon request, as well as extended stay rates.
