We felt very comfortable here, I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Portland. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and I enjoyed being able to walk up to the town square for coffee in the mornings. Highly recommended!

Cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had staying at Rivers Retreat. It truly is a magical place right next to the Washougal River where you are surrounded by nature and can hear the peaceful river below. The hosts are more than helpful and we were grateful for their recommendations. We enjoyed watching the bald eagles and relaxing by the bonfire. The indoor space was very well kept and full of amenities. We will definitely return for another stay if ever in the area.

The view is phenomenal. It's very peaceful and beautiful there. There is a adjoining door between apts for larger family/group stays and you can hear the conversations of the guests staying on the other side when they're are in their living room area, but otherwise very peaceful setting. The furniture wasn't super comfy, but not bad either. Just so-so on comfort. If you're like most people visiting the area, there's so much to explore between wineries and little riverside towns, hiking, kayaking and kite surfing, you won't be lounging on the couch or in bed all day hopefully, but out enjoying the best of the NW! We are former pet owners and I thought the bedding and towels had a dog smell to them, but I have a sensitive nose. My husband didn't notice it. Great price, great stay. We'd come back and definitely stay here again. Beautiful setting for a wedding-which they do host on the lower level of the barn (but not when guests are staying above - unless it's the wedding party).

The home gives a sweet cabin feel surround by lush beautiful greenery. Down the street from downtown Troutdale, also a very cute area! Short drive to Portland from this Airbnb. Had all the space we needed just for my husband and me.

This was the perfect place to stay while in town for a wedding. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Hood River!

Laura & Donny are great hosts! The rental has everything you'll need. Very comfortable, welcoming to my dog, and I loved harvesting tomatoes & zucchini from the garden.

First time visiting the PNW. We loved this house and Camas! The house was immaculate, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay! We walked to dinner one night. Felt very safe! The town is clean, beautiful, and this is a GREAT location if you want to stay right outside of Portland. 100% recommend staying here and we definitely will when we go back to visit again!

Absolutely stunning property! So beautiful and peaceful. It had everything we were looking for with the hot tub, fireplaces, fire pit, and gorgeous view of the river. We opened the wind at night and fell asleep to the sound of the rushing waters. Cannot wait to go back and would live there if we could. Idyllic in every way.

We had the most incredible stay at this cozy cabin! Surrounded by breathtaking nature and the peaceful sound of nearby waterfalls, it was the perfect relaxing getaway for our family. The cabin itself was clean, charming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Foster was a lovely and responsive host. Waking up to birdsong and sipping coffee with a view of the waterfalls was absolute magic. Highly recommend if you're looking to unplug and recharge in nature. We're already dreaming about our next visit!

Great old farmhouse is a peaceful location only 2 minutes to downtown and stores. Wildlife around property was fun to watch off the front porch mornings and evenings. The house was very comfortable with every amenity. We stayed a week and would definitely return.

The house is not fancy, but very comfortable. The beds are great. We loved the house, the location and the views are unbeatable! Laura was easy to contact. Sitting on the porch in the afternoon with the river views, just perfect !

Very cute cabin! Loved every minute! Hot tub was so relaxing! I love just laying in the hot tub with the beautiful trees surrounding. I loved the games they had for us to use while we visited!

Beautiful, clean home in a fabulous location! Just 10 minutes to Hood River with plenty of shopping, dining, ice cream, wineries and orchards. Also close to the bridge to take you over to Washington side of the river. Very clean and tidy with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Loved the deck and hot tub in the evenings. The boys enjoyed the pool and ping pong table in the garage area. Wonderful stay! Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to activities!

The space was very clean and made for a restful couple of days. And the view was beautiful. Loved the coffee shop that was just a walk away and the trails that were easily accessible (one directly across the road!). Signage at the pool was a little confusing, but the host was responsive on that front. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great mountain retreat! David was a great host. Easy to get ahold of. He had clear and easy check in/out instructions. Made for a great little weekend escape!

Love the Welches! Been coming for years and happy to have met the new owners of Rendezvous while hanging out in Zig Zag. Great area- close to Mama Hood, many trail heads, and restaurants. Whistle Stop never disappoints. Pool was nice too!

Great walkability to downtown Hood River. Overall fairly clean place. Provided whole bean coffee and grinder. Kitchen well stocked. Large bed comfortable, smaller twin bed very uncomfortable for an adult. My 4 year old was ok to sleep in it but the whole mattress dips in the center under adult weight. Something to keep in mind if using.

We had a wonderful time visiting Mt. Hood.! This location was very convenient and had beautiful surroundings. Definitely recommend if you plan to see the beautiful nature around Mt. Hood!

Overall, the condo was very nice and the location was excellent! Easy walking distance to everything in downtown Hood River and directly above a wonderful coffee shop/bakery. Mary was very responsive and helpful. The one item that could use some additional explanation in the condo description was the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable but there was very limited privacy. The bedroom walls are 3/4 walls with a large space between the top of the wall and the ceiling. The bedrooms also do not have doors but have hanging drapes. As I said, the overall comfort was excellent but with two teenage boys, my husband and I felt our privacy was limited.

We loved the place! It had everything we needed and more. There was lots of space, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. The location was great, close to many activities in the area.
