We had a great time staying at Ben’s flat. It has everything you need and is simple, clutter-free and clean. Instructions for entering and parking were clear, the property feels very secure as there are 3 levels of code-entry doors from street to flat and the location is great for exploring York. 15-20 minute walk to the Shambles and centre of town and great local restaurants (really recommend Valentino’s 5 mins walk away and Ate O’Clock 15 mins walk away). A great flat in a great location, with a helpful host. Thank you!

Spacious modern clean apartment, exactly as described, very comfortable beds! Location was absolutely perfect, views from front window over harbour are stunning!! Only used the car once in a week!! Loved Whitby didn’t want to come home. Thank you ☺️ ❤️

Ryan's Unique Apartment on Normanby Terrace was fantastic. very close to West Cliff, Beach, Restaurants and Pubs. the Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Ryan was very welcoming and very responsive when asked questions. We parked in the sports hall car park and paid for 4 days without any issues. this was a 5 min walk from the apartment. we would certainly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again. Absolutely lovely place. Exactly as described. Everything we needed. Only place for 1 car per apartment, but was easy to find another carpark. 15 minute walk straight down main road leading into the centre. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

A lovely apartment which was clean & fresh upon check-in. The location was great for what we needed and the host was reliable and responsive! The only downfall was the size of the sofa bed. Despite saying it was double, there was no way 2 people could fit and sleep on there. Thank you ☺️

Wow wow wow, what an amazing place to stay. Stunning house, stunning location. The attention to detail was fantastic, Philippa and Andrew were so approachable, friendly and helpful and they helped to make our stay comfortable. The house was spotless and full of everything we needed. Our children are already asking how soon we can come and visit again. The hot tub was ready for our arrival and the view were gorgeous, what a gem of a find. Very much looking forward to returning to Yoredale House, Thankyou for having us!

If you're looking for a sumptuous accommodation in easy walking distance of the York Train Station and surrounds, this AirBnB is fantastic. As home cooks we organised a grocery delivery straight to the house, which arrived promptly. There's also a small Sainsbury's tucked in the side of the York train station opposite the glassed Family Room for urgent supplies. The modern kitchen had everything we needed to cook a proper meal. There is a separate, combined lounge dining area overlooking the garden which is great for entertaining. We enjoyed going up and down the carpeted stairs to the upper levels, as it was a novelty for us, however this might not suit someone with mobility challenges. We loved staying in this AirBnB and thought the amenities were better than most five star hotels. We would definitely book again.

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

There were a few lovely surprises here. The huge shared garden space was a delight. Very peaceful and my dog was delighted to lie in the grass all day. The cafe next door was very pleasant and parking was easy.

Stavit was lovely and welcoming. Any hiccoughs was promptly responded to.

Lovely house! Scott & Helen left lovely notes in the house along with treats for us, milk & butter in the fridge, a loaf of bread and a selection of things in the cupboard for breakfast! Honestly can’t fault them, i had a few questions and they responded fast every time. Would definitely recommend😊

Fantastic place to stay, very central, extremely clean and well equipped. Host was very communicative even giving us a location of a super market we could stop at on our way so we weren’t hunting for one. Felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this host if you are heading to York.

The apartment was very well placed, clean & tidy. Beautiful kitchen & large tv. Felt at home straight away. Whitby was so busy we couldn't use the W parking zone. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would definitely use again. Plenty of amenities nearby, breakfast next door is recommended. Brilliant holiday.

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. Malton is a perfect base to enjoy North Yorkshire. Great to meet Diane and Mark who were so friendly. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. We had a great stay, a brilliant location to walk to all the amazing things to do in York. The apartment was really clean , well equipped and spacious for the 3 of us with a good layout to relax after a day of sightseeing! Such a great stay - the perfect location to explore Scarborough on foot! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony was amazing. Our little one has never slept so well away from home!
