A wonderful stay, in a peaceful and scenic location. Very considerate host with all the necessities and more (marshmallows and hot chocolates). Absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

Had an absolutely amazing stay for my 30! The lodge is beautiful and in such an amazing location, the walks around the area are so picturesque. The lodge has everything you would need, it’s so spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back again soon!

Well worth a visit, the cabin is gorgeous and is immaculate throughout. Visited as a group of 4 adults and all had the best night stay. Both bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, there is a large shared bathroom with large shower, huge bath, toilet and separate small toilet. There is literally everything you need there for a self catering stay. The kitchen and living room are both gorgeous, the large TV in the living room was a great extra. Beautiful outdoor space with covered hot tub also. The location is an industrial estate but once your in and close the gate behind you, you would never know. We had checked the location before booking and after reading previous guests reviews we knew to expect this location. The instructions the host sent to find the cabin were easy to follow and we found it without any problems. I would definitely recommend this venue and would 100% return in the future.

I stayed in the “pollen” cabin over the weekend for 2 nights and it was lovely. Very relaxing and in a nice quiet area too. The place was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The check in and out process was very clear as well. Recommend coming here 100%, we will be visiting again! Thanks Ben and Katie :)

Really Lovely cabin, modern and tastefully decorated. Great outdoor space, hot tub was amazing! Highly recommend it for a family break. My husband and son (at over 6ft ) found the beds a bit small but they were very comfy. Showers were great, nice and powerful but again husband and son found the towels way too small… bath sheets would be better. Our hosts responded to every query we had immediately even tho they were on their hols too🥰 You will deffo need a car to get about as there’s nothing close by, the main road is a nightmare to try and cross to get to the bus stop! Not safe to walk with the pram along the road either.

My stay was lovely lodge is so cozy and relaxing would highly recommend. Easy to find and private will definitely visit again 😊

The lodge was extremely comfortable,spacious,very cosy well laid out.The bed was really comfortable which was a bonus .Had everything that I needed for a relaxing break with my dog 🐕. Plenty of easy walks around the park,also within good location to go further afield if you wanted to.Bridlington beach just a 15/20min drive away easy parking.Would definitely go back.The only snag was that there is no shop on site & the clubhouse closes early,also as a dog walker the lack of dog bins in the park was a nuisance, just a general comment & nothing that Faye can do anything about.Otherwise a really lovely peaceful break in a beautiful area & very comfortable lodge.

Everything about this cabin was amazing. You feel right at home and feel the peace of the area you’re in. York city centre isn’t too far away either so if you’d like to go visit and explore York, it’s very easy to get to.

Dianne and Paulk were terrific hosts to us. They had so many lovely touches that enhanced our experience staying at The Potting Shed. Paul helped me with our bags, there were great recommendations on places to eat that met with our requirements as a young family, there were lovely touches in the property which we hadnt expected so all in all a fabulous night spent there. We loved the decor and the warm cosy feel to this one-off quirky property.

Well true to our word we said we would be back and as soon as we returned from our last visit we rebooked for this last week and yet again Hollins Farm did not disappoint!! Rachel met us at the site and was so kind to help us with our luggage. We loved our stay, the place is amazing so quiet and peaceful and Rachel and Richard are on hand if you need anything. Great welcome book with everything you need to know and still love the cheeky discount at the local pub 😊. Thank you for a great few days.

We had a very good stay at Gladimere. The area was clean and tidy and the host was very friendly. It is in a good spot and the location is scenic and peaceful. Also nice and private. Close to beach and town. Would definitely recommend.

We are a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 toddler) and we had the most wonderful stay here for over a week as our summer holiday. I would say the photos don't do it justice, it's better than the photos! It's a wonderful lodge, with a view of one of the lakes, lovely country walks, easy to get into Beverley or Hornsea by car and everything, absolutely everything you would need already thought of for a longer stay for a self catered holiday. We really enjoyed having time as a couple watching the world go by in the hot tub, including star gazing, when little one was asleep. We would love to come again!

What a wonderful location! The caravan was very welcoming, perfect for a family of four. We could see the sunrise from the window which was the highlight of our stay. Well equipped kitchen, warm shower, comfortable warm beds and breakfast items and a few treats. Thank you!

Jingbo's place is exactly as described, warm, clean and in a great location. Jingbo was an attentive and responsive host. Would recommend and stay again!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your lovely York retreat lodge. It was so lovely,clean beyond belief. The 4 of us loved it we had lots of outing with it being a great base to many places, and the hot tub added extra excitement to the children’s evening when we returned home. Lovely place to stay. Beautiful, quiet surroundings with access to Sewerby Hall a great bonus. Close to the cliffs and cliff top walks, south to Bridlington and north to Flamborough. The lodge was next to a great golf course and driving range with very friendly and helpful staff. The lodge was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Tony was very friendly and there to help if needed. We will definitely recommend the lodge and be back soon.

Delighted with our stay in this idyllic spot overlooking a private lake full of fish and surrounded by fabulous birds and wildlife! A paradise for fishermen and bird lovers. So peaceful ... good for the soul!! The lodge is so homely and comfortable with every amenity needed. Lovely woodland walks on the doorstep. We had to tear ourselves away each day to venture out!!! Francesca couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We loved it and will be returning. 👍👍Thank-you.

Had an amazing overnight stay out in the countryside! The cabins are cosy and lovingly decorated, a bit rustic perhaps but that is what we came for. Especially the hot tub experience in the middle of the night is to be recommended :) Alasdair is very obliging and provided lots of useful information regarding the cabins beforehand. Would definitely recommend.
