Our modern earth home is a cozy, craftsman-built nest that treats its visitors to light, open space & color. It has a quiet, private setting with everything needed to make your stay comfortable &, hopefully, inspired. Beyond this private nest are 360 degree views of the Sangre de Christo Mountains, the Rio Grande Gorge, spectacular sunset displays & miles of walking & bike trails.

Located in the world-famous Greater World Earthship Community, this modern off-grid home is one of a kind! Built by hand over 8 years by me, your host, Kirsten. This sustainable house is bright, light, and airy with clean lines and unique details. Like all Earthships this house is built from natural and repurposed materials such as used automobile tires, cardboard, old cans and bottles. All electricity for the house is from solar. All water is from the sky. More comfort, less hippie.

Pepper Sauce Camp Cabin 4

Cabin 4 is a rustic studio unit with a combination of dark wood and light blue adobe interior walls. It has a fully outfitted kitchen space with microwave, short fridge and a 4 burner gas stove. There is a kiva fireplace, a full size bed, 3/4 bath, table for two and a fold out sleeper loveseat that can sleep 1 or 2 more. It also has a two door entrance with foyer closet in between to keep your outdoor gear and it has gas as well as electric heat.
