A very nice location, quiet, great view, modern rental well decorated with the essentials inside, bikes available free of charge. Wilf is very nice, giving all the instructions very clearly and helpfully on arrival and is available if other needs arise. It was perfect for a relaxing weekend near Amsterdam.🤩🤩🤩

Lovely place and as advertised. Simon was really helpful and responsive. We knew it when we booked, but its a 25 mins taxi to the centre of Amsterdam however Uber availability is very good. We would highly recommend visiting the restaurant next door too which served an amazing surprise vegan set menu! Simon advertises it clearly on his listing and it wasn't bad but you can definitely hear noise from the restaurant when open at all hours. Would recommend a visit here and thanks for having us, Simon!

We had a great stay! The house boat is so cute and perfect for 2 people. It has everything you need from towels to dishes and even coins for the shower. It was clean, tidy and overall worth the price. The location was great. Only 26 min away from Amsterdam city and about 40 min to Zandvoort beach. If you search for a sweet calm stay this will be good since u can rest after a busy day and chill outside at the houseboat and enjoy the sunset. PS: it can get a little cold at night if u visit in spring
