Lovely, tranquil setting that helped me sleep well. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Grace, her partner or Jack the cat as I was dropping bags off then heading straight out to meet friends but Grace was super clear with instructions and helpful throughout.

Peaceful woodland cottage in stunning countryside

PhyllisRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Jill’s place was a lovely little spot for a weekend away. It felt private despite being near another tiny house, it felt like there was no one else around. It had everything we needed, and Jill gave super clear instructions to get there as it was off the beaten track and left a guide with what to do both in and out the Airbnb. The surrounding area was lovely, it is clear a lot of thought has been put into how to make it feel homely. We will definitely be back :)

MalRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Booked last minute for Easter weekend Mechele was quick to respond and gave clear instructions how to get to her property. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our car in the designated parking space. We walked into town via the riverside, about 15 minutes. After lunch we returned and took our stuff inside, compact but everything we needed for weekend. some nice touches such as, milk, butter and biscuits as well as teabags and coffee. Ilkley is a lovely place with a good choice of shops, restaurants and pubs. We ate twice in the Yard Bar& Kitchen, a new place which was very good value for money. We would definitely recommend Mechele's place. Mal

This was our second stay with Ruth, and the cabin has only improved! We had everything we needed and more and I'm missing looking at the view already. The local pubs are great and we had a lovely walk into Sowerby along the old train track. Everything provided is of high quality and we had a super comfortable nights sleep. I can't wait to go back!

Cabin Under The Bridge

ZoeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Thank you Colin for a lovely weekend! The cabin was beautiful- pristinely clean and very well thought-out with lots of lovely little touches to make staying there comfortable. Colin was also extremely kind and flexible with our booking- I broke my toe right before we were originally supposed to stay and he let us rearrange with no fuss- as it was such short notice he had no obligation to do this so it was extremely appreciated! Our trip when it eventually came around was well worth the wait, Colin's instructions made everything very easy and we had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend!

Luxurious 1-bed Shepherd's Hut with Eco hot tub

JoshuaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had such a wonderful time during our stay in the shepherd’s hut—it honestly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and welcomed. The hut itself was incredibly cozy, with every little detail thoughtfully considered. Waking up surrounded by nature and stunning views of the mountains, was just what we needed to unwind. We loved the little touches, like the hamper, the Easter decorations and the wood fired hot tub. The outdoor area was just as lovely—perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee in the morning or stargazing at night. It felt like our own private piece of countryside. It’s clear a lot of care and love has gone into creating this peaceful getaway, and it really shows. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend this special place to anyone looking for a quiet escape with a touch of magic. Thank you Jane for a such a wonderful Easter weekend!

Gillian was really welcoming. Really cute stay and felt very special. I instantly felt relaxed there. Gillian had thought of everything; board games, outdoor area, little touches with it been a birthday occasion, hot water bottles and blankets for if it was colder. I imagine it would be really cute in winter time too!

Dale was a fantastic host. I booked last minute as my life was falling apart a little bit and needed somewhere quick. Luckily it was available and dale bent over backwards to get the place ready for me and even put a bottle of wine in the fridge for me on arrival. It’s a great use of space and super comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend the place and will be staying again at some point.

Cabin in Eaves Wood

RhiannonRating, 5 stars3 days ago
An absolutely idyllic stay. We loved our time at the cabin - the room was clean, spacious and even prettier than the pictures. The wood was well stocked meaning we used the wood fired hot tub, sauna AND fireplace. The cabin is only a short 10-15 min walk to hebden bridge but we almost didn’t want to leave the cabin as it was so beautiful! Andrew was a friendly and respectful host but equally we were left to enjoy our stay in peace - once up at the cabin you feel like you are miles away from anywhere else and not over looked at all. Thank you so much!
