Lovely place to stay, only a 10/15 minute drive from City Centre so great for anyone visiting Leeds for a night. The place was clean and was really nicely decorated felt very homely. Beds were super comfortable and host was friendly with clear instructions. Would stay again!

We stayed for two nights. The location is very convenient, right in the city center. The property's building has a secure auto-lock system, so safety is well maintained. The room was clean and tidy. We would be happy to stay here again when we have another opportunity to visit Leeds.

I 've enjoyed the stay at this apartment. The location is great next to city center and all transport . The apartment was clean and had all that's need Arooj was very nice and reactive. I would recommend

Lovely comfortable flat (really comfy bed!). Walking distance to all the neccesary amenities - local supermarket Booth's literally across the road, and a nice riverside walk/run from the front door.

Apartment was clean & looked exactly as the pictures showed. Hosts were very responsive & allowed us a late checkout when requested also. Great stay, would recommend :)

We stayed here as we were going to a wedding locally. We know the village well and this place is perfectly situated. Shops and pubs moments away. It was clean and comfortable. Just what we needed. Simon is a great host, replying quickly every time we reached out. Would recommend.

Jacky was an extremely proactive, kind and graceful host. She made us feel right at home immediately and communicated effectively the entire time. She presented us with milk and other amenities upon our arrival and her partner Steve was also extremely friendly and welcoming. The place itself was clean, comfortable and made us feel all at home immediately. Everyone slept incredibly soundly, and Jacky was extremely nice about us coming home late in the night! Otley itself was a lovely, peaceful town and incredible to walk around on a sunny day. We will be coming back when we return to Otley.

Loved our stay in the gorgeous village of Delph. Phil & Anne were lovely & the cottage was charming. We loved the little terrace & the babbling stream & walking path behind it. We were so tired when we arrived we collapsed into the bed which felt like a cloud so the comfort was really appreciated. It was so nice to wake up in the middle of the night & hear the little stream babbling away - it made it so easy to go back to sleep. Wish we could come back more often.

We had a lovely stay at this clean, modern, and spacious home. The location was great—close to the city and easy to get to, with convenient parking right outside. The host was very responsive to messages and helpful throughout our stay, especially when we encountered a WiFi issue. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay with excellent communication from the host. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing apartment located in a nice area in the city centre, it was very easy to walk to most restaurants and shops and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Leeds!

We booked here for a girlie weekend away. The host was prompt with replies to messages, and any queries we had. The apartment was spacious, big rooms and clean decor. All but 1 bedroom was ensuite, but had the use of the main bathroom as noone else needed to use it. The view onto the gardens outside the front was lovely. We managed to get a sunny weekend so spent sometime out on the grass. Close to city centre and train station 5 minute walk. Overall a great experience and would return. Many thanks 😊

Would definitely recommend!! This was a super last minute booking, we booked at 3:45 & arrived at 5:30. On arrival we pulled up to the barrier of the private car park, messaged Jolenta and was given access within a couple of minutes. We were greeted at the door and given the details on how to check out. When we walked down the corridor to our room, I was really concerned as we could hear loud music and singing from the room next door to ours. As soon as we shut our room door, we could no longer hear anything - completely perfect!! The room was immaculate!! Super clean and really stunning! The hot tub just made the night! Who doesn’t want to lay in a hot tub whilst watching Love Island on TV 🤣🤣 I literally do not have a single complaint!!! Thank you for a lovely last minute stay!
