Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in West Suffolk District

We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

We had a great weekend here with a group of friends. It was very clean and spacious for a group of 10. The kitchen and living/dining space were perfect for making dinners together and hanging out. Communication with Katy was also great, Katy was very responsive and helpful when we had a few questions. Thank you!

This is a really great AirBnB - good location, clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and (this is rare) fluffy towels. Caroline is also very responsive and great to deal with. All great, thank you!

Great place to stay, Linda wzs able to update the changes we needed straight away, and responded immediately. The lads were impressed with accommodation, it was very homely.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Lovely place, easy walk to local parks and to the town centre

The house with pool and grounds was amazing, the large driveway was so helpful for the mixed group and 7 cars onsite - plenty of room to manoeuvre in general and all of the bedrooms are spacious and have great mattresses! It would be AMAZING in high summer to make the most of all the outdoor space. The advance doc was helpful - so much information in it. One point to mention would be to 100% pre-book taxis where possible - a bit of a shock for the city gals that there was a 3 / 4 hour wait for rural taxis.

Excellent comfortable flat to stay in Norwich with parking. Great to do your own cooking in the full kitchen and use of washing machine. Definitely everything you need is provided, even breakfast provisions & laundry detergent. I found it easier to use the back entrance as just 1 door to get in but be aware that you have to go up a flight of stairs either way. Responsive hosts and I can't think of anything to improve the place. Easy to walk to local restaurants and into Norwich town centre. The bedroom is quiet as it's not facing the main road. I stayed 4 nights and was very happy with my stay.

Cosy twin room, with ensuite, and compact kitchen. Everything was as described and suited us perfectly when visiting friends. Clear communication, and easy to access on arrival.

10/10 Reuben was a great host, he answered all of my queries before the stay, the place was free for an early checkin which worked well as I made the journey in good time. He was on hand to answer a couple of questions via the app when I arrived at the Airbnb. The place itself was ideal for this trip, plenty of off street gated parking space, there was a outside patio and a huge garden (I think an acre), all enclosed for the dog, plus right next to the garden was a public footpath which took you over the railway line, canal and into farmers fields, you could walk for miles, so a really good spot for the dog. The Airbnb itself was large, modern, clean, had all amenities listed, lots of towels left for me, perfect for a week stay (I was even given the offer to use the washer dryer in the garage space). Rueben went above and beyond when I accidentally left 4 things there, he kindly posted them without taking my offer to pay for their return, a really kind gesture. Highly Recommend

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

I've stayed in multiple places in this area of Cambridge, and this is by far my favorite! Super clean, comfortable furniture and the bonus of a bit of an outdoor space. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and generously had sugar, tea, coffee, etc. The Midsummer Common cows even made a few appearances close to the fenced area! I really appreciated an early check-in since my flight arrived in the morning and could get some much needed rest. The area is perfect since it's in a quiet neighborhood and just a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area. Shopping at the Grafton (Boots and Little Waitrose) is just a 5 minute walk away. Don't hesitate to go to the other side of the river as well. We discovered an amazing Hungarian restaurant and a Polish one. Communication was quick and super helpful. I'd stay here again without hesitation!

It felt like being at home, very spacious and comfortable for two people.

We had a lovely 1 night stay, very easy self check in with clear instructions. The apartment was clean and modern. The kitchen has all you need to cook with. Would recommend

We had a wonderful stay, it was peaceful and relaxing. The property was clean and welcoming, with useful information at hand. It had everything we needed and was just right for visiting family in the area. It was great that we were able to take our small dog with us and had some lovely walks in the area.

properties are very nice split level property that reminds me of an old Edwardian type property. It’s been very nicely done out the hot tub is really good and just generally everything just worked. The location is really good and we’d love to come back.

We stayed here for a couple of days whilst visiting family in Frinton. It was peaceful, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Carole's garden was very lovely with a friendly dog running around. Carole herself was friendly, relaxed and helpful. Well situated for Frinton and surrounding area. Definitely recommended.

A very nice stay! Felicity is a great host who is very kind and responsive! The location is very convenient, which is just about 15 mind to the city centre. This time I came here to attend my PhD graduation ceremony, I don't know when I will be here next time but I know I will choose This place once again!

Excellent for family party at the village hall and also visiting them in Milton. Always love a visit to Ely too, a fantastic little city with it's markets, independent shops and of course the cathedral.

We had an excellent stay in a wonderful little city. Situated by the Great River Ouse, added to a perfect break. Ann has thought of everything inside the accommodation to make a care free, comfortable and enjoyable holiday. We highly recommend the property and beautiful location. Had a lovely two night stay Annetta greated us and showed us around was very lovely, The place was beautiful and quite and very clean and had everything you needed and the hot tub was a added luxury, loved waking up and walking outside and seeing the horses. My partner feel in love with Daisey the cat she likes to come and greet u also 😀 We would definitely come and stay again 😀
