lovely family home with all the utilities & equipment you could ever need. Alex was a very friendly & informative host. the house itself is within a 10 minute walk of the Old town which is lovely. We visited a couple of the pubs which were very nice. would definitely recommend to family & friends & wouldn't hesitate to stay again if visiting the area

The bakehouse was a great, we had wonderful time the house have everything that you need to feel comfortable and everything it’s 5 min less walking distance. Great place and host . Definitely recommendable

We had a relaxing stay in Julie's cottage, which had everything we needed and a bonus of two bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the toys and the garden. It is really peaceful at night and nearby to the harbour and town so we could walk everywhere and visit the local restaurants and pubs, which were great. Nice lido and playground for children and we recommend taking the harbour ferry to East Mersea. A lovely stay, thankyou.

We love this place. It is well decorated and clean. Location is excellent which is near the town centre so that you can explore the city after parking your car here and avoid paying too much parking fee. The host was so helpful and responsive who gave immediately response in most of the time..

Stayed here for 3 nights as was visiting my sister who lives nearby, everything was as described, nice was very kind and very helpful! My only issue is was the amount of stairs (with a baby/pram) that said I would stay here again 100%, thanks nico for a welcoming stay!

Jon’s place was perfect. He was a kind and responsive host. Unfortunately, I missed my flight back home due to a mix-up of dates. However, Jon was very helpful and understanding. He was able to accommodate me for an additional night after making some last-minute adjustments.

Me and my partner have just got back from three nights in West mersea, the room was amazing , super comfy and clean , had everything we needed ! The location was perfect close to places to eat and close to the water front ! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in mersea please take a look at this place ! Well worth the money and the host was very lovely and accommodating !

We had a wonderful stay in this family-friendly and quiet area. The flat is clean and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The large Waitrose within walking distance is very convenient. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no lift in the building, which can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, a great place to stay with no complaints.

A great place to stay for our few days in Thetford. We had everything we needed and more - very comfortable, clean, stylish and well equipped. Very happy to recommend and we'd be very happy to return one day. Great communication, first class host!

properties are very nice split level property that reminds me of an old Edwardian type property. It’s been very nicely done out the hot tub is really good and just generally everything just worked. The location is really good and we’d love to come back.

We had an excellent stay in a wonderful little city. Situated by the Great River Ouse, added to a perfect break. Ann has thought of everything inside the accommodation to make a care free, comfortable and enjoyable holiday. We highly recommend the property and beautiful location. Our stay was wonderful, very comfortable and homely. Everything catered for and a lovely surprise of a welcome basket for us humans and a treat and toy for our doggie! A very high quality apartment that perfectly met our expectations. Heike's attentions, both for humans and for the dog, were very much appreciated! The wifi is excellent, the TV works, and the apartment is very functional. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant. I absolutely recommend this rental!

Well this apartment was lovely,so relaxing,so quiet and peaceful,and so clean. We have stayed in numerous Airbnbs and this is up there with the best.The area is lovely too. Easy to get to most places in both directions along the A149 which is just a couple of mins drive away. Boating Marina just across the road too. Michelle was very responsive and gave great directions to the Apartment which we found straight away. Don’t hesitate in booking. If I was to give two recommendations for food and drink it would be Wroxham Hotel in Wroxham and the swan inn Horning.Both of these you can sit by the river and watch the boats go by too. And for the best walk to an amazing beach that goes for miles in both directions would be Horsey. Drive to the Nelsons Head pub,park in their car park (but please do buy a drink and/or food for using the car park) and walk down the lane to the beach,you won’t be disappointed,we saw grey seals there too. The food and drinks at Nelson Head pub are lovely.
