Had a lovely weeks stay in this cottage. The area is beautiful, with plenty to do and see. Gorgeous beaches, and lots of places to eat and drink Everything was perfect, and we will definitely return, and recommend it.

We just had such a wonderful week-long stay here!! I highly recommend the house for families visiting Lyme Regis. It’s a perfect size and location for a family holiday - we were three couples and our 4 month old baby, and we had everything we needed. Chris is a fabulous host; really responsive and he provided very clear instructions on finding and accessing the house. A bottle of local wine and biscuits were there for us when we arrived which was such a lovely touch! All three bedrooms are large, perfect for either couples or children sharing. The kitchen is big and bright with a lovely glass roof, its ideal for cooking big family meals. The sea views at the top of the garden are to die for, and it’s a beautiful spot for sundowners and a bbq! The house is in a great location as it’s a very short walk to the seafront and all the bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to coming back again!

Perfect date night away from a busy family. The whole place was luxery and it was exactly the place to go for some quality time relaxing with your hubby. We absolutly loved it from the deco and all the pretty little touches binoculars flowers in on the table bath robes. To the place itself. thank you John.

From booking the stay right to the very end, this was an amazing find in terms of a place to stay for our mini family holiday. The access to the beach was perfect and just being able to look outside some of the rooms to see waves and the sea was serene. Fiona was super helpful and fast in her responses. Instructions were also clear. Would definitely recommend :)

A delightful cottage in a perfect location. Like a house you’d see on a postcard of an idyllic Devon or Cornwall harbour. Everything inside and out utterly charming. Well equipped and very cosy. Host Helen could not be better. A very, very nice stay

A very enjoyable family stay at Sea Breeze, home from home - very comfortable and immaculately clean. The hosts are lovely and very helpful and friendly. Location is great and close to various beaches, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend x

A delightful stay in wonderful surroundings, views are sublime, home from home facilities, dog friendly property with lots of walks, well equipped kitchen although we didn't really cook as there are so many restaurants and bars to try! Julie ensured we had everything we needed and communicated well. look forward to a return visit when we have a bit more time to enjoy ourselves.

Great place, great host - we drove to visit lots of places locally with our kids and used the amenities on site, which were really good.

Really friendly host, she was quick to reply to any questions. Caravan was lovely, with lovely views of the sea. Bit of a busy resort, but the kids loved it. Would stay again.

Loved the Caravan clear instructions as to how to access and gain entry which was useful as we did not realise just how big the site was! It was very clean warm and comfortable also very well equipped. I have to say I did not read the instructions carefully enough and brought no bedding with us. This was resolved via the Reception on the site and for a small deposit we were provided with bedding which was delivered! Deposit returned on return of the bedding so no crisis. Lots of lovely walking from the caravan perfect for the dog. We were visiting friends in the area and would definitely consider coming again.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Naomi’s place with our two young children. The location is perfect - 5 min walk from the beach and literally a road away from the main strip of shops and restaurants. View is spectacular when having a cup of tea by the window! Use of the amenities at the nearby holiday park is a real bonus. Apartment was absolutely spotless, and had some really thoughtful extras, like a hidden doll house, some kids books and games. Thank you for a brilliant stay, we’ll be back!

Lovely location, spacious and clean. Private but close to park amenities. Amazing views over the fleet, Chesil Beach and the Isle of Portland. Definitely recommend and return!

Hands down the best UK break we have had. Property is amazing, everything that you could wish for. Well equipped, perfect location for beach access too. Property owner communication was spot on too, would highly recommend to anyone considering a break in Woolacoombe.

We had a great holiday staying at Surf Bay. It was a really nice caravan with great views over the burrows, also only a short walk to Westwarrd Ho!

We had a great stay. The flat was as described and well set up for a toddler. There were even toys to play with.

Great position of Airbnb overlooking the water. Lots to see whilst relaxing on the balcony. Binoculars were a great extra! Apartment itself was very nice , fully fitted out kitchen, lovely bathroom, comfy lounge area. Made for a relaxing break. Exmouth was excellent . Beautiful beaches, promenade and gardens. Town centre was nice to wander around too - with lots of places to eat/drink. We really enjoyed our short break in Exmouth and will definitely be back.

Christopher’s place is very nice. He obviously put a lot of energy into upgrading the whole house. It’s very roomy, much larger than it appears in the pictures. Would rent again if/when we return to the area

Perfect location for what we needed and plenty of space. Great to have a parking space and the option of the garage as there is not really any free parking nearby. Amazing views of the sea from the lounge and front bedrooms!

Wow, what a stunning location. It's every bit as beautiful as in the photos. We watched glorious sunsets from the terrace and enjoyed walks on the beach. I enjoyed looking around the immaculately kept gardens and could have watched the colourful koi in the pond for hours, plus the two cute horses in the field. Andrew's directions to the house are spot-on, please don't trust your satnav or you risk being taken down some very narrow lanes with grass growing in the middle and no passing places. Ask me how I know. There is no mobile reception at the house, as you would expect given the location, but the wifi is very good. Beds and bedding super comfortable.

From start to finish a wonderful stay. We were lucky with the weather but there was lots to do even if we hadn’t been so fortunate. The little house was spotlessly clean and everything there to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out with a charming patio including table and chairs. We will definitely be back. So handy too right by the sea and walkable to many restaurant cafes. Lovely Marina 2 minutes away. All in all first class.

This place was perfect. It’s a lovely home, very clean & had clear instruction from host. It is easy to find and in a great location for walks to beach, and rail station. We took cycles with us and the area is very cycle friendly. Kristin responded to messages promptly, and had a folder of very useful instructions and contact details inside, that included local places to eat etc. we would certainly stay again Comfortable and peaceful. We left it as we found and loved our stay.
