Nice cottage, loved the Aga. Good location, although not much to do in the village.

We had a great weeks holiday at Kingsley House over the October half-term with two families (4x adults, 2x children). The cottage was lovely and spotlessly clean, having everything we needed during our stay. Whilst there was only one parking space available, the free village car park is just round the corner, so perfect for the two vehicles we had. The cottage is very well located to visit the north Devon coast. We visited the local pub, the village shop and the excellent Pizza van. Ilfracombe and Braunton were only 10min drive away for the bigger shops and restaurants. I highly recommend the cottage for its locations and the warm reception we received from Alison, including the lovely treats on arrival.

Fab little base for a surfing weekend. Mary was lovely and very helpful. Location is super quiet. Loads of parking. Very safe area. We left the surfboards on the car overnight and didn’t have any concerns whatsoever!
