Monthly Rentals in West Cape

We had a great time and it's excellent for a getaway! The place is very peaceful and private. It's a small house so it was great for a couple + dog but I believe it would bee too small for a bigger family. There's a huge area outside that my dog enjoyed a lot. There're also parks, beaches and trails not too far away that are worth visiting. The host was amazing before, during and after our stay, providing great tips and supporting us when needed. The house was clean and comfy but we had some problems with flies that kept coming inside somehow, probably attracted by the lights. Also, there are limited options for restaurants during the fall, but we'll book another weekend next year during summer for sure!

Had a great peaceful stay on the big river. Lovely surroundings and easy access to the North Cape and Alberton for food and supplies. Darcy was a great host and very helpful. AAA++. Will be back!

Did. Not. Want. To. Leave. This cottage is wonderful -- a lovely space... a peaceful atmosphere... a water view with cloudscapes, boats and seals... an intriguing shoreline to explore... a friendly host's warm welcome... all combined to create a magical experience. We left feeling renewed and inspired.

Kyle and Connie were excellent hosts, very responsive from the very first message. The cottage location is very peaceful, has all of the amenities we needed, and the screen house which was my favorite part has the most relaxing furniture. They also have an outdoor firepit but on this trip we did not take advantage of it. We came from the West Coast and stayed for 10 days while walking the Island Walk. I am definitely planning to return with my husband hopefully next year.
