All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 12 mins away , with supermarket and a choice of places to eat at or get a takeaway. A base for mountains, lakes or beach 2 hr from Queenstown, 45 min from Invercargill, 1hr 10 mins from Te Anau, 35 min Riverton beach.

Situated around 10 km south of Roxburgh, in the heart of the Teviot Valley famous for its fruit production, 5km from the Clutha cycle trail, surrounded by the epic Central Otago hillscapes. There are endless activities just on it's doorstep including cycling, tramping, fruit picking and all that the famous Central Otago region has to offer.

Southland Farming retreat

Welcome to our newly built self contained unit on our Southland sheep farm. The unit is a magical spot where you are completely separate and private. It contains a queen bed, a small kitchen with a cooktop and microwave. There is a new BBQ located outside which you are welcome to use for cooking. There is a large well appointed bathroom and a nice private outdoor area to enjoy a drink, catch up on emails or read a book.
