The spiral staircase is tiny and not appropriate for small children, elderly people or dogs. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

We were able to spend 4 wonderful days at Jérôme's place. The house and furnishings are designed with particular love. A beautiful mix of historic building and modern architecture. Simply to feel good. Great light and great rooms with exciting visual relationships. If it rains, you can also spend the day in the house wonderfully. Otherwise, Huy is an exciting place to explore the area and adjacent towns. Jérôme is an extremely likeable host and creative architect. We will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this great vacation home. The location is perfect – quiet and close to nature, but still easily accessible. The house was very clean and well equipped when we arrived: From the fully equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a terrace overlooking the countryside – nothing was missing. We particularly liked the fireplace, which provided a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere in the evening. The hosts were also very friendly, helpful and easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come!

A super Apartment and a very friendly host. Everything was very school and it smelled nice everywhere. Rituals products were very nice, as were the bathrobes (a little too small:) and the kitchen items. Nice jacuzzi and sauna (although I would have preferred it in the large bedroom and for 2 people we would have been more cozy). Bottle of bubbles on arrival was very thoughtful. The sofa is very nice and there were candles everywhere so it was very cozy in the evening.

Stay was great. Very clean and well maintained gîte. It was very nice to have something in the fridge upon arrival. We also got fresh milk, which was very tasty. Our children loved the farm tour! Beautiful surroundings. Perfect base for beautiful walks. A visit to Val-Dieu is definitely recommended.
