Skep House was a wonderful place to get away for the winter, it even snowed while we were there. The complimentary eggs and fresh bread were absolutely delicious, a very cozy house to stay for the holidays. A few tips before you set off for your stay: write down the directions Jeffrey gives you and FOLLOW THEM, download an offline Google Map of the Ohio/Pennsylvania/WV area---this will help you navigate offline when you lose cell service. Do take caution on the gravel road, there are a lot of pot holes!

We had the pleasure of staying at this cabin during our visit to New Vrindavan, and though our trip started with challenges, it became unforgettable thanks to Shane and his incredible family. Our car got stuck in the muddy gravel road upon arrival. Shane and his family worked tirelessly all day to help us, even into the evening, despite lacking the right tools. Their determination and care deeply moved us. The next morning, Shane went above and beyond, searching the city for tools and successfully freeing our car that afternoon. To our amazement, he offered us an extra night at no cost. We’ve never experienced such kindness and generosity. Shane and his family treated us like their own, with genuine care and compassion. Anytime we visit the area, we’ll book this cabin and recommend it to everyone. Shane and his family are some of the kindest, most generous people we’ve ever met. Had a great stay while visiting son and grandson. Met our needs perfectly.

We really enjoyed staying at Buddy’s and will definitely keep it on our list for future Morgantown visits. It’s very close to Evansdale campus and the stadium and coliseum. Buddy greeted us in the driveway and gave us some instructions. Door is easy to get in to. The only thing I wish was there was a full sized fridge (we had food for tailgating) and maybe a lit path with stepping stones to get to the entrance as you have to walk around the side of the house. All in all, would 100% send this listing to a friend and, again, would stay here again.
