I knew as I was driving up the winding road that the views were going to be amazing as it situated somewhat high up! Indeed they were the views were stunning. The garden is pretty huge and very private and peaceful! A gorgeous, lemon tree, flowers, and bloom, an idyllic atmosphere. The feng shui inside of the home is very apparent with beautiful wood touches and small artifacts, tastefully dotting the home. They have an older 65 notes spinet acoustic acoustic piano that was really fun to practice on. Worth noting that it is somewhat challenging to climb up the ladder and down it in the middle of the night for the second lofted bed- Can’t wait to be back, wonderful spot!

Great long term stay at Carl’s. He’s extremely friendly and hospitable. The place is cute and has everything you need- nice to have a little outdoor space too. The parking spot is a tight squeeze for sure, we got our small car in but would definitely flag that to anyone with a large vehicle. Overall great stay!

A great place to stay while visiting my daughter at Oxy.

Ewa’s place has lovely views of the Mount Washington area and is quiet and peaceful. It’s close to the Griffith Observatory and the Norton Simon art collection and Descanso Gardens are also nearby. Had a good time with our family who live in the neighborhood!
