Sarah's apartment was absolutely beautiful inside and outside. The check in instructions were super straightforward and descriptive in order to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings! Even when I had a slight blip on finding the front door, she was more than lovely to offer support in helping me find it! Sarah was super friendly and the parking was super handy to get in and out of the city with the train station being about a 5 minute walk to get into both Leamington Spa & Birmingham. Both me and my partner adored the place and definitely will be booking again in the future! Thank you for hosting us!🥰🫶🏾

We stayed in Sam’s house for Feb-April 2025. From the time of booking, through to our arrival and departure, Sam was a joy to deal with. The procedure for our arrival was simple and we appreciated her suggestions for unloading given we had several suitcases. The home is over three levels; the modern kitchen is very well supplied with equipment and the washing machine was of course a life-saver! The bedrooms are large with extremely comfortable beds, with plenty of linen, pillows and towels. The bath is a real treat – and you feel as though you are in a spa as you relax. We used the top floor bedroom as a workspace, as we were both involved in writing projects. The internet was reliable and the carpark provided was extremely handy to the property, being a few steps away. I loved the area, and we visited several pubs, the castle, and took a daily walk in St. Nick’s park. It was easy to drive to Leamington and other local attractions, such as Stratford-upon-Avon. Fully recommend.

Beautiful little cottage with amazing garden, easy walk to the castle and nearby restaurants. Can’t rate the house high enough it was just brilliant! There is a busy road and train track nearby but the tall hedges do a great job of blocking them out and you don’t really hear them once you’re in.

Lara and Lizzy were excellent hosts. The space had everything we needed and the attention to detail was really appreciated. Bread and milk was supplied for breakfast and a selection of loose tea and filter coffee. A great location for exploring . I would highly recommend and would definitely again.
