An attempt was made to combine the historical with a modern standard, so that a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee machine are available in the fitted kitchen, but at the same time the historical masonry was preserved. A wood-burning stove provides cozy, crackling warmth, an electric heater does not let you freeze when the wood-burning stove remains cold. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. However, there are also many other possibilities in the nearby region. Hiking or shopping is possible nearby. From April to October, a restaurant and museum in the annex can be visited in the afternoon or evening on weekends or public holidays. Cultural events such as musical theater, exhibitions and museums as well as city tours are a 15-minute drive away.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
