We had such a wonderful time during our two night stay at the cozy cottage. Nestled in a peaceful and stunning part of the country, it was the perfect escape to slow down and recharge. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed, Elaine was a fantastic host, checking in to see if we needed anything and even surprising us with some of her homemade sourdough. Such a thoughtful touch! The fireplace made the cottage feel extra warm and inviting, and getting a little glimpse of farm life was a real highlight. We’d love to return someday, it was a truly special stay.

We had a lovely peaceful stay here. The surroundings are beautiful but the location is also convenient for getting out & about. Our children loved seeing the chickens & Helen kindly let the check for eggs each morning which was their highlight. We would recommend.

We stayed at Sunnyside as we were visiting family in the village It was a perfect location for us Cottage was immaculately clean kitchen was well equipped. This is a fantastic place. It’s set in a beautiful area and as you drive in, the garden is gorgeous. The accommodation is high end, extremely clean and more than comfortable with everything you could need. The setting, the lovely decor inside and the wonderful views overlooking fields and the valley make you feel relaxed and chilled as soon as you arrive. There is also plenty of wildlife to enjoy. Nigel and Claire are super. They are extremely friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of tips of places to go and things to do. We will definitely be back!
