Monthly Rentals in Warnes

Super spacious, clean and comfortable apartment! The condominium is very quiet! There are plenty of options for buses to get around the city! The only things I really missed in the apartment were a hotter shower and a mirror, 😅 but otherwise it was impeccable! I will definitely try to stay there again when I go to Santa Cruz other times! Daniela is always very attentive and helpful!

We stayed for over a month. Mirka is an amazing host and the apartment is modern and clean, just like the photos. The studio is not big but cozy and well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen, washer-dryer, and great internet. Since we needed to work, the small desk and high table with comfortable bar chairs were helpful – the bar chairs were actually more comfortable than the desk (which is quite small). The location is great, with many restaurants around and reliable food delivery. The only thing that bothered us was the noise: two construction sites, renovations in another apartment, and loud music from a dance school across the street in the afternoons... It wasn’t constant or always loud, and it was always quiet at night, so it’s great for someone who doesn't spend all days inside. Mirka was really attentive, but of course it’s out of her hands. Hopefully the noise situation improves soon! Everything else was just perfect!
