We have had a nice time. Hans-Peter is a thoughtful host. In addition, the children had enough toys, both inside and outside. Ideal!

House was clean. Well furnished kitchen. Descriptions were clear. We brought our own linens to avoid extra cost.

A quiet place to stay. Three individual apartments with flexible check-in. All very individually designed and cozy. Well equipped kitchen. Great for larger groups with common area but also privacy in the individual apartments. Quiet location on the field. Easy check-in and easy contact with Bernd. There was even a mid-week cleaning. Thanks so much for a great week there!

Brigitte is a great hostess - everything was impeccably clean, very well organized, stylish, modern with newly renovated bathroom. It has a magical garden that makes you feel like you've landed in an enchanted cottage garden oasis. The exchange with her was just as harmonious, beautiful and she was very helpful. Perfect accommodation for us, sufficient double or single rooms. Great amenities in the kitchen and the possibility to take drinks and coffee directly at fair prices was perfect for our weekend getaway. Optimal location for our trips to the Mining Museum and the Starlight Express. And finally, I would like to mention the good communication. If I look for something in the Bochum again, I will look for this place again:)

A real temporary home – highly recommended! We enjoyed our stay in Barbara's beautiful apartment to the fullest. The decor exudes coziness and loving details, so you feel welcome right away. The garden is especially nice, a small green oasis, perfect for relaxing. Barbara's warm and attentive manner as a host impressed us very much. She was always responsive and had great tips for the area. Even an extra bed was no problem, the flexibility and care made our stay even more enjoyable. Quietly located. Fully equipped apartment. Shopping next door. Downtown not too far away. Highway easily accessible.

We stayed with 4 people from Friday to Sunday in Christian's accommodation. We were very excited about the fast connection into the city of Dortmund. Also, the public transport is in the immediate vicinity. We also liked the beautiful sunny balcony in the accommodation. We are more than happy to recommend.

We had a great stay, the apartment is well equipped and you quickly feel very comfortable and at home. The communication was also very nice, fast and helpful 👍🏼 Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

It's always nice to get there. The children immediately feel comfortable and start playing. Absolutely nothing is missing and Andrea is always immediately available for questions!

We had a great stay for a conference at the university. Highly recommend.

The stay was really sparkling clean and Lycien was really friendly. Beautiful views and really relaxed due to the silence of the area. In addition, a perfect location, everything is close by, supermarkets, etc. Also plenty of culture to see. We will definitely come back, what a nice place to stay and everything was perfectly arranged.

We really enjoyed our stay. We went to Bielefeld to visit my wife's sister who is in college. The accommodation is perfectly located: close to the city center, close to the university, close to a very nice park. It is in a pretty and quiet, residential area. The apartment is very nice, functional and very well-equipped. It's perfect for a family with kids. We appreciated the communication with the owners who really sought to make our stay easier. To park the car, parking on nearby streets is limited in duration (3h) and paying, but we were able to park on a street about 600m away and it was unlimited and free. We highly recommend this home!

Super apartment, very clean and well maintained with small touches. We felt right at home. The rooms were spacious, so we also had enough space for two children's travel cribs. We did not find the fact that there is no living room, as criticized in other reviews, to be negative at all, as you can also sit very comfortably in the dining area. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance.
