The cottage is a 5 minute walk from the Marina, 10 minutes from the sea and in the other direction 5 minutes from town. Across the road you can walk your dogs through the field and along the creek. There are lovely restaurants, cafes, a Coop, Spa and Tesco’s express, not to mention the ice cream parlour! There is a skate park, childrens’ playground, boating lake and a lido all within 10 mins

Exclusive use Seaside Beach Apartment with a moulded Hot Tub. The apartment is very spacious & 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach. Great for 1 or 2 couples or a family. Modern newly refurbed decor with a comfy lounge upstairs & open fire & cosy downstairs snug with a wood burning stove. Beach walks with/without dogs all year round with no restrictions. Shepard’s Hut in Small Orchard

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Our small orchard has 2 x cherry, plum, 3 x pear, 2 x apple, greengage, apricot, mulberry, medlar and olive. We also have two 2 x raspberry, loganberry, Japanese wine berry and our own hops

A lovely DAY USE beach hut situated in Walton-On-The-Naze Essex! Equipped with everything you need for a family day out to the seaside! (deck chairs, buckets, spades, parasol, gas stove/kettle, mugs, cups etc). A 5 minute walk from Walton train station, the pier, car parking , the toilet block and the high street. (water tap is located a few steps from the hut). Suitable for 6 people using the hut at a time (any more would be abit of a squeeze!) Pet friendly (2 dog limit) No smoking
