Cabin vacation rentals in Wallowa

Gladys’s cabin was perfect for my family and I in the area for wine tasting! Just south of Walla Walla and like a 20-30min drive to all the restaurants. The cabin was better than the pictures with so many thoughtful touches. It was very clean and we loved using the hot tub and fire pit. Lots of great wineries in the area and would recommend staying here!

Jeff’s place was a dream! Incredible, picturesque spot right on the lake. The home is charming, clean, cozy & well stocked for cooking. The hot tub was the cherry on the top, and the perfect way to relax. We felt right at home immediately and Jeff was always super responsive and friendly any time we had a question — even went out of his way to get us back a swimsuit we left by accident. Thank you, Jeff! The perfect getaway in Joseph! Better than the pictures!

we have been coming to Applewood west since Wallowa lake vacation rentals had it, so around 10 years or so and it's our favorite, we usually go at least once a year, it's even better since the hot tub. we left a hard plastic squirrel outside last summer and it's still their. we just love this place and will be back.

Had a wonderful stay and look forward to this spring and again next fall. Great location. Thanks for a great stay.

Really nice place to stay!

Right on the lake. You couldn't ask for a better view. It was perfect for my dog to roam and great place to come back to enjoy after Hiking the different beautiful Walama Trails!

Havilah's place is very centrally located. It was easy to get around on foot. It was also convenient to Joseph, Wallowa Lake, and lots of hiking. The place was comfortable and cozy, great for a couple or small family.

Absolutely perfect spot in Joseph right at the entrance of the state park. Janet was a communicative and helpful host and this spot was perfect for our family weekend of hiking. We would love to come back soon!

From the pictures this house seems a bit dark, but it's bright, immaculately clean, and well equipped for your needs. This is a great spot to stay for outdoor activities! Wonderful location for us to have our own space while being close to family for the holidays. Was so nice to have the gas fireplace adding to the coziness. Quick note: if you're staying here in the winter, you need to plan for the weather (i.e. 4-wheel drive, chains, etc ). Highly recommend!

Janet's home was very clean and comfortable. Its a few minutes walk to the stream just by the house and a few more minutes to the lake. We enjoyed our stay and my husband and I would stay there again!

Great place to stay, little smaller than anticipated, might be too small for groups over 4. But perfect for my trip.

The cabin sits near a stream, deer come into the yard, it is quiet and peaceful. Although it is near an RV park, it is a nice, secluded spot. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room! The location is a short distance from the town and across the street from the tramway. Beautiful area and a great time in Joseph, OR!

We come up to Wallowa Lake once or twice a year, and enjoyed our stay once again.

My husband and I absolutely loved it here! The view is just breathtaking! The sauna was a great add on and we really loved going there every night. All the essentials are provided like towels, shampoo, cups, and so on. The main road to get here though is not the best during the winter so we highly recommend being prepared for that. The host was very responsive and we really appreciated that. We are definitely planning on coming back here again! 😊

Absolutely loved our cabin! Very clean, peaceful. Loved the decor! Beds were extremely comfortable. Kids loved their bedroom space. I loved the back patio! Can’t wait to come back next year!
