The idyllic cottage in a single courtyard location is set in the middle of an organically managed 10,000 m² show garden, which you can enjoy exclusively during your stay. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Leave your car in front of the fenced property and enjoy the view from the tree house. It is located in the middle of nature on a small pond. A few steps away is a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and a kitchen with sitting area and fridge. You share the shower with the guests of the shepherd's wagon.(Total 2 people). A little off to the side there is an aviary with gray parrots.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Perfect accommodation for quiet and relaxing days in the dreamy Waldviertel. Two donkeys, a couple of chickens, and two ducks can be observed daily from the garden of the property. In less than 15 minutes by car, Lake Ottenstein invites you to swim or the Ottenstein golf course with restaurant to enjoy. Inn culture, castles, palaces and local businesses are very close.
