The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

In autumn and winter you can enjoy the wonderful view through our large panoramic windows. You will enjoy the absolute tranquility and watch deer, foxes and rabbits right at your doorstep. Our house is ideal for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and want a time of relaxation.

The accommodation extends over two floors: Upper floor: Here you will find a spacious living area of approx. 90 sqm, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom in Finnish log cabin style, a bathroom with shower, and an additional guest WC. Lower level: This is separate and accessible via an external staircase. Here you will find another bedroom, a shower, a guest WC, and a pool, which is currently not functional.

The apartment "TOSCANA" is the "crown jewel" of the three apartments located in the house, which is elegantly and nobly furnished.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between Burg and Kellerwald. The garden was laid out by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful excursions to Marburg or the nearby Edersee. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You can also start tours with our bikes or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.

Our swallow's nest is located right on the edge of the forest and you might think that there is nothing behind this house but trees and meadows. And that's right. Several kilometers of pure nature. Our property of almost 940 square meters is directly adjacent to the forest. Here you will find plenty of privacy, tranquility, relaxation and recreation. For us, one of the most beautiful spots on earth.
