Summer Discounts at Fairway Villas Waikoloa!

Rating, 5 stars1 month ago
Very clean floor, spacious rooms and patio. Located in a convenient place (short drive to Kua bay, Hapuna and the Volcano, not as dense and packed like Kona). Not many things to ask, since the instructions were clear. Very comfortable stay, one of the best airbnb we've ever stayed.

Serene Condo Waikoloa, Golf Pkg, walk to the beach

HarrietRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Aloha, The Big Island was so beautiful and staying here was excellent, so close to the best beaches on the island. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beach equipment provided was awesome. We really enjoyed the pool at the condo also. One day when we were the only family at the pool we were told we couldn't play with a ball, it was a little odd, but nothing to do with our host or place itself. Everything was top notch. Mahlo

Lovely stay at Palm Villas. Our space was super clean and luxurious, and very well equipped. Lagoon poolside +++ better than expected and nature trail to beach is fabulous. It was a reunion for me and my Sis and we thank you!

Entire Condo -Spacious 2b/2b full kitchen Waikoloa

ChristinaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Location, location, location. We loved being ~10-15 minutes from spectacular beaches while having some flexibility away from resorts. This is Waikoloa Village so it is a bit longer to Kona which we liked but certainly plan for slightly longer drives if you are spending time further south. There are some new restaurants popping up nearby which is convenient, as well as, a KTA and HiCo (coffee). Noise is a minor problem as the complex has visitors that may be loud at odd hours. There are also wild turkeys in the morning. This did not bother us but the walls are thin. There is no AC which was fine for us. Opening up the doors provided a nice breeze. Condo has everything you need and more including tons of beach gear. It's a value stay for the Waikoloa area. Adam is very communicative despite not being local. Check-in is incredibly simple.

Waikoloa Beach Villa F23, Upgrades, BBQ and new AC

LynseyRating, 5 stars17 months ago
We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were very spacious, kitchen was well-equipped, and all the amenities were exactly as advertised. There was a small plumbing issue when we arrived, but our host was quick to resolve it for us. The location was also fantastic with two sets of shops within walking distance. We found the closest beach a bit too far to walk with a small child, but there were so many beautiful beach options a short drive away. We would stay here again!

Excited for our next trip to her place!

Luxuriously remodeled condo w/golf course views

AnnieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sean’s place. It was clean, close to so many different beaches, beautiful morning views of the sunrise out the sliding glass door. We cooked several times in the kitchen and it was well-stocked. We really loved the use of all the beach amenities— boogie boards, noodles, beach chairs, wagon, lots of beach towels, etc. Plus sand toys for kids (which we didn’t use). It was SO nice to have all that available. Thank you! We loved visiting the big island. What a memorable trip! You have a beautiful place. Thank you!!

Palm Villas G-22 - Includes private beach club

JenniferRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This a truly professional, quality managed condo. The directions and reminders were clear and precise. Everything was perfectly clean, and they had provided plenty of garbage bags, detergent, etc. A fantastic touch was providing full sets of snorkeling gear, beach chairs, pool gear. We didn't use it, but this was terrific. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the place was very quiet. We loved walking from our condo along the historic path (adjacent to the property) to the beach. We would come back again. thank you

Peaceful Waikoloa villa

JamesRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Ryan did an excellent job communicating. We showed up to a stress-free check-in process and simply started enjoying the warm, quiet surroundings. Our kids, 11 and 9, enjoyed many trips to both pools on the property. The Internet speed was good, and the offering of TV channels was nice as well. The kitchen was well-appointed and made it easy for us to cook our meals for our family of four. The parking pass was easy to use and we were always able to find parking close to the unit. I'm not sure when we will be headed back to the Big Island, but we will certainly be looking for availability at Ryan's place.

Cooks Landing at Hali'i Kai family vacation condo

StephanieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful time at Cooks Landing! Our first impression was 'WOW'. At first we were skeptical about some of the photos seeming dark... but the pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful home that is located in a beautiful private community. It was clean and well stocked with plenty of extras that you may need from either home use or the beach. We loved the location, which was located not far from a key highway intersection that could take you to your Hawaiian adventure. The Ocean Club (pool) pictures do not do it justice either! It had a great design that overlooked the ocean that was perfect for watching the sunset with a Mai Tai in hand! I would say that the pool is family friendly too. It had shallow depth & a spot that toddlers could play in. It had a bar, restaurant, and tasteful live local music. 12/10 would recommend this place. A very big MAHALO to Jim & Kristi for opening this beautiful home to people.

This was such a a wonderful place to stay. It was perfect for our small family with plenty of space to spread out. The spaces were amazing and comfortable and it was easy to keep cool. The location was great in terms of walking out to cafes and shops. It was nice and quiet and perhaps were it not for the full moon a great place to check out the night sky. We made great use of the beach toys and chairs. I honestly can't imagine a better place to stay.

Pristine Mauna Lani Resort / Private Beach Club

SaraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We came to this location for a spring break trip with our older kiddos. Having three separate rooms with three separate bathrooms was a total plus, this location is set up with everything you need and the fully stocked garage with all Beach items was fantastic! This location was so private and peaceful, super clean with comfy beds, easy driving distance to five or six amazing beaches, super close to the market and the next big resort down about 8 mins had tons of restaurants and shopping. The private beach club access is a plus, but you need to get there really early if you want to nab chairs and shade, or you can also just pack chairs and shade from the garage supplies. That private beach had some of the best snorkeling we found locally. Allyson has a really thoughtful book that has a ton of recommendations, we went to several of the restaurants and they were so great, our favorite was the Fish and the Hog, it was well worth the drive, get there b

Luxury Waikoloa Retreat: 3BR, Hilton Pool Pass!

AkshayRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautiful, clean house. Close to the amenities. Hilton day passes was an awesome added benefit. We really enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive. Couple of things were needed to be changed based on previous tenants request so she proactively brought those to us. Blender was a bit old so she got a new one. One tiny thing can be updated - GPS coordinates don’t exactly take you to the house. We reached super late in the night so it took a bit to find the pace. Those could be updated in the link.

The Islands at Mauna Lani | D2

EmilyRating, 5 stars4 months ago
This was a spotless, spacious condo for just a two bedroom in a beautiful setting. Kitchen had everything you need. Family of 6 fit easily, though the trundle bed in the loft was essentially in the hallway -- I think fine for a kid but some might not like. Mattresses were extremely comfortable. Patios/balconies overlooked grassy expanse and you did not feel like you were in a complex -- you just looked out at lawn/flowers. Complex pool was 1 minute walk and was prettily landscaped and had plenty of shade or sun options. We stayed 6 nights and housekeeping came halfway through to change linens, which was very nice and I had not realized would occur. The Mauna Lani sport club was short drive (5 minute walk) and we bought a 1 week membership for 4 people ($600) which meant we could reserve court times for tennis or pickleball and use gym. Short drive to grocery or coffee shop. Good spot to explore this part of the Island.
