Jeremy’s place is a private, quiet hidden gem not far at all from bustling Auckland city. Suitable for a romantic getaway, the bathroom and spa are key factors in this… You must see it for yourself! The views of the rolling meadows during the day is great and even better at sunrise or sunset. Jeremy and Rae are fantastic hosts, very informative about the surrounding area and just super chill. Thank you so much J + R! You made my partner and I’s getaway that much more special.

Such a beautiful spot to get away for a while and unwind. The property is beautiful, and just a short walk away from a magnificent view of the coast. Our hosts were extremely responsive, and they were also kind enough to lend us some icepacks for the chilly bin. If you're aiming to find somewhere to relax, I highly recommend this spot. My partner and I plan to check out the other two accomodations on the property when we get the chance.

An amazing escape , much needed break

Great little cabin right on the riverside. very peaceful and private. Loved the outdoor firepit and outdoor bath. Very cosy cabin! Gr4eat communication from the start. Will definitely be back

Such a beautiful peaceful place to stay with lovely gardens. Fun to see the cows running in the fields nearby. Nice breakfast items including fresh fruit, milk, juice, yogurt, honey, cereal, bread and jelly.

This space was great! If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to stay near Tongariro National Park, you couldn’t do better! The space looked brand new, was very welcoming, and tastefully designed. We only needed it for the one night before we moved on with our roadtrip, but if I were to spend more time in this part of NZ, it would be the first place I looked to stay!

We had an amazing experience here, worth every dollar used. I was a little skeptical of tiny homes but after this experience I'm a huge fan now. The place was prestine clean with all the amenities needed, they even had a washing and drying machine which was amazing to use. The place felt warm and cozy with a modern look, the showers water pressure was also amazing. The host is also very nice and accomodating. replys very quickly to solve any problems and has some great cafe and restaurant recommendations. The outside has a warm steamy spa and a shower in a shape of a surf board which was hilarious. The spa was big enough for both of us with our legs fully extended, also had some rgb lights and surrounded by high pressure water jets. Highly recommend this place for any couples or friend out there. I'm def going back there if I'm every to stay around Papamoa again

We ADORED staying at this little Tiny-Home. it was so tidy, and was perfect for coming home to, after big days of adventuring. Jamie (the host) was wonderful and super responsive. It was the perfect size for 2 people, and we had just enough room to do everything we needed. We traveled in May, and noticed that it was a little bit humid, however there was a fan in the Airbnb that was great. It was only 15-20 minutes drive from the centre of Auckland, which made it perfect to come home to after exploring the city. It is located on a busy road, but the road noise was minimal (if at all noticeable). Truly the sweetest place to stay ever! We will ba back, thanks for hosting us! 🌿✈️

If your looking for a place near the hot water beach this is the best place for 2pax. Plenty of parking, 5 mins walk to the beach. offers some quiet place and off grid experience.

Wow!!! Absolutely gorgeous setting! So close to the falls, the lake and yet far enough away to be completely private and quiet. What a wonderful stay we had! Any was proactive in communicating with us and everything within the cottage was lovely. I love that Any included a book with “things to do” within the surrounding township. Loved our stay here!

The cabin was perfect - squeaky clean, had all listed amenities and a very good vibe. You can tell it’s been built with a lot of thought, it’s the first place where the outside seating had a lot of cover from the rain which was perfect for the day. Steven was great, when I asked if there’s any fan available since it was a bit hot he popped by with a fan in less than a minute. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay!! We loved this little home right practically right on the beach. We were unlucky with the New Zealand winter weather, but James and Michelle's place was so cozy to curl up next to fire with some tea after a day out in the storm and made it all worthwhile. Highly recommend -- don't hesitate; book this Airbnb for your stay at Hot Water Beach!!!

Anna was an amazing host, and her Airbnb was just perfect. The eclectic style of the place made it feel both unique and cozy. The bach was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including an abundance of towels for the beach, a hairdryer, and a washer. She even provided sun hats, shovels, sun umbrellas, and boogie boards for our beach outings, showcasing her attention to detail. It was clear she thought of everything! We truly appreciated her friendliness and kindness, as she also gave us great recommendations on where to go and which shops to explore. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we absolutely loved our stay! We will be back again.
