From your room you have unspoilt rural views of the market gardens. There is a 100yr old oak tree in front of your cottage where you can relax. We offer a continental breakfast which includes toast and cereal with homemade jams and fresh fruit from the orchards.

Experience rustic charm at our converted woolshed bunkhouse, offering simple yet comfortable accommodation for up to 14 guests, all just 3kms from Waikawau boat ramp. Ideal for fishing groups, with ample parking for boats and cars, plus a fish filleting and boat washing facility. Please note that linen is not supplied. $50/person +GST - minimum of 2 people per night.

This is open plan with dining and kitchen but may still suit you if you would like to sleep up to 8 Full kitchen large living area and seperate from main house but part of farm and horse breeding business.
