The driveway was steep but they did make that clear. Very responsive, friendly and welcoming. Great location. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Beautiful property for two people and our small corgi! The property is very well equipped in the kitchen including for charcuterie board evenings! Great size bedrooms as well as an office room if needed! We loved the backyard as it was private! The highlight of this property is its proximity to Kohimarama beach, beachfront cafes, and the cafe in the corner for morning coffee runs! All in all 5/5, would definitely come back again!

Amazing Hosts! Jack and Helen have wonderful home! Made us feel like home and hot tub and pool was big plus! Helen had left some Fika (Swedish word) for us those fruit cakes were tasty! 😋 We would love to come back when we are in Auckland again!

Ideal if you are visiting New Zealand, especially after a long journey to relax and recover before heading off for further trips. Situated around 20 minutes from down town Auckland and airport the ideal home. Eva’s home is welcoming, clean and fabulous. The location is stunning and peaceful with the sandy beach, shops, cafes and restaurants handy on your doorstep on Eastern beach for a swim and fish and chips supper. You will also have Buckland beach just a few minutes’ drive away on the other side of the peninsular along also beautiful Mellons Bay Marina a short drive away. Eva and Tony were brilliant hosts in communicating so helpfully. We highly recommend a stay with them, you will not be disappointed.
