Vacation rentals with a patio in Vyšší Brod

Ana's place was wonderful. Very clean, very spacious and only a couple of minutes off the motorway (but still far enough to not be bothered by any noise).

Clear, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Parking space essential and super useful but poorly placed at the bottom of the parking lot wedged between a wall and a rail, watch out for paint chips when opening the doors... The area is well served by bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk, great! Christoph is very easily reachable and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very busy and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and warm, and I don't think I can sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the ad but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French people who do not practice the same waste sorting as you in Germany, we did not find any clear instructions, please make an effort to explain them...

Just as described, clean place in excellent location

This apartment is a lot nicer, cosier and larger than shown in the photos. It has a 70s and 80s feel, the wooden floors are lovely, there are happy house plants and a gorgeous view from the large windows. The balcony looks over the quaint roofs and parkland of the town as well as distant mountains. The couches and beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, the bathroom is cute and there is thoughtful lighting throughout. A huge plus was that our host provided generous quantities of bath towels, dish towels and plenty of drying racks. There were plenty of bathroom, kitchen and laundry basics. This really contributed to a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately there was a persistent unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which we partly solved by keeping the bathroom window ajar and the bathroom door shut. Also the toilet pedestal was wobbly. The location is minutes from the train station and the town centre, but is nevertheless beautifully peaceful. Would stay again.

A week that went way too fast! We felt at home in this great apartment from the first moment. Great decor, great comfort, absolutely quiet and very spacious. As dog owners, we enjoyed being able to take long walks from the front door in beautiful nature and surroundings. The national park is also just a few minutes away. We will be happy to come back!

A very nice stay, the apartment was clean and you had enough space. Ideal for two travelers. The host was always available and would be available in case of need. The Christmas market in Passau itself is quickly accessible by bus, otherwise there would be enough parking garages.

We really enjoyed the days at Angelika's and her family's farm. Above all, the kids particularly liked the possibility to play outside right in front of the cabin and jump on the trampoline, so we were just on the farm for two days of our four-day trip. The kids were also allowed to ride ponies, feed sheep and chickens and even help out in the pasture when there was work to be done. Thanks for the nice days :)!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

It was a wonderful, cozy stay at Neidlingerberg. We thank you for a cozy home, a bit like back at grandma's - really great! Especially the tiled stove in the cozy room made all the difference. We had a wonderful host in a quiet, beautiful setting. Thank you, dear Hans!

Very nice, quiet, big and clean apartment in a village close to Budweis and Cesky Krumlov. We had everything we needed and the contact was always fast and friendly. We would definitely come back!

We spent a 3-day trip to Austria with friends over the Easter holidays and had a wonderful time. The area we stayed in was very peaceful and calming – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our Airbnb host, Martin, was extremely responsive and helpful. He provided very clear instructions regarding the house, which made everything smooth and easy. The house met all our expectations: it was clean, spacious enough for our group, and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was also very quiet and ideal for peaceful walks. There were also charming nearby villages to visit, which was great especially for the kids. All in all, we had a lovely Easter break and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a calm and cozy stay in Austria.

On the way back from Italy we stayed with our 4 children plus dog in the apartment for a few hours. The accommodation has everything we needed for the short stop to rest and relax. If you have a toothbrush and something to eat with you, everything else is in stock here! 😉 Thanks very much.

Everything is good. The hostess is very friendly and always accommodating.

We felt very comfortable! It was great that toys and shared use from the garden were allowed and our two-year-old was able to keep himself busy. Visiting the Grotto Railway in Linz, Tiergarten (free) in Wels and Aquapulto adventure pool in Bad Schallerbach were our excursion destinations with children and it was wonderful. We'd love to come back!

We had a lovely stay and felt like at home. Flat is spacious, safe, clean, bright and situated in a quiet residential area. Host is very responsive and accomodating. I would stay here again as it was very comfy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gerlinde’s beautiful home! The place was impeccably decorated and full of thoughtful touches (many blankets everywhere!) It was very spacious and located very close to the centre of Waldkirchen, only steps away from the bus stop. Gerlinde was very responsive with being in touch when our travel to Waldkirchen was delayed by a few hours. All in all a very wonderful and relaxing stay, highly recommend.

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.
