Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. A flat with a spectacular view: Through the big windows, you see the fjord and the mountains, and far away, you can see the glacier. You can easily get here from Bergen Center. One hour with speed passenger ferry from «Strandkaiterminalen». Or from Flesland Airport, 15 min bus/taxi to Flesland harbour, and then 40 min. to Møkster. Bedding and towels are all included, and the beds are made ready for you. There is a good grocery store at the harbour, where you can get mostly all you need.

We had a wonderful time here, plenty of room for four adults with room to spare! Nice touches of comfort and style throughout the home. It is important to note there are no restaurants or grocery stores walkable, we appreciated knowing that ahead of check in. The 40 minute ride to downtown Bergen and 10-20 minute ride to food options was minor compared to the wonderful, beautiful place! Great kitchen and outdoor grilling area to prepare food. Responsive, friendly hosts!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

This was our first time in Norway and we couldn’t be happier with our accommodations. Hanne and her husband met us at the property and showed us around. They were very responsive during our stay with questions about places to go. We had a boat for the duration of our stay and Hanna’s husband also allowed us to use crab / lobster pots to catch crabs and he showed us how to prepare and cook them. Great people and an amazing property and location. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here. We will be back!

Anne was you super helpful and nice. We were 4 adults and 1 infant. The place was clean, spacious with beautiful surrounding. I managed to fish 2 big torsk/cod just outside the house. It was lovely!

We were pleasantly surprised at the detailed planning and provisions/equipping of the home. Very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. Location and views.... simply stunning. If we did not have further plans booked and paid for, we would have tried to extend the booking.
