Hahnie helped with all the questions we had. The apartment has everything you need and is exactly as pictured. The view from the window is amazing and left a special impression in our memory. The location is even better than in the tourist center. You can quickly get to the northern part of the city if needed. I recommend this apartment.

We had a great 4 nights at the apartment. Check in was super easy and friendly. Communication from Hang was great. The apartment is attached to the hotel and staff here are all wonderful. Very respectful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble…..we asked for extra towels and they were brought up immediately and the apartment was serviced daily). The breakfast provided was a bonus too, thanks to Hang. The views from the apartment were awesome and the location was perfect. Right across from the beach which was busy at times but very well maintained and clean, and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is extremely convenient, close to everything we needed. The room looked exactly like the pictures—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I loved my stay so much that I would definitely travel to Nha Trang again just to stay at this place!

Beyond expectations, the accommodation was perfect! Unlike the other apartments in the building. Binh's apartment is ultra modern! Beautiful view, high floor, swimming pool with breathtaking views, giant TV, home theater, no hot water or elevator problems. Very well located in the city, away from the noise of the center and the northern beach is much more beautiful and less crowded. Dream stay, to be repeated, highly recommended! In addition, he granted us many times during the stay! Really great!

I really enjoyed this place! I think this is the best location if you want to feel the holiday atmosphere! As the view is just incredible! Notification is also nice for getting everything shops restaurants, cafés! So I would really recommend that. In the apartment, you may find any that you may need all kitchen equipment) air condition works well! Thank you for staying!

The condo is excellent, very clean, kitchen appliances, well decorated. They changed the sheets every 2 weeks. There is a big gym, large swimming pool. 4 restaurants. Close to the beach and shopping malls. Mr Viet was very prompt and very helpful. Champa Island is a grat place to holiday

Hong is a good host who responds quickly. We enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the sea. A little noisy at night and in the morning the day starts at 7 o'clock. However, we slept with the window open and slept well. Small repairs would be necessary, faucet, sieve and dishwashing detergent were not nice. We bought some but doesn't cost much. The light of the HOOD didn't work. The walls would need a coat of paint. But it's all tidy and clean, the bed normal. After 6 days, you will be cleaned and everything changed. Great fridge. The beach is great and the loungers with umbrella towel cost 6 euros per day, we always used it. Always pay for the next day then you also have your loungers. Very nice beach boy. Hotel clean and pleasant. Food galore in the whole area. So you can't expect more for this great price. Hong, We will definitely come back to you, thank you Hong

Great flat in great location. Just by the beach. Nearby is filled with cafes restaurants and massage salons. Flat is cosy and spacious with just everything you may need during the stay. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom is very cosy and great to sleep at. Yep, no view from a window but this makes it more suitable for those who likes to sleep a bit longer. And for such a sun like in Vietnam this is more than suitable. Hoa is one of the best hosts we've ever met. We shared dinner and some drinks with her and her husband. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 9 nights. To summarize my impressions briefly, 1. Location: The best location right next to the beach. 2. Facilities: It boasts the facilities of a 3-star hotel. 3. Price: It was cheap despite its prime location. 4. Kitchen facilities: We didn't use it, but it had all the kitchen utensils we needed. 5. Amenities: Good quality. 6. Communication: We wers always satisfied with the quick response. 7. Round-trip transportation to the airport: It was very convenient because host made the reservation at a cheaper price than a regular taxi. 8. Overall : We were very satisfied and will use again if we have the chance. Thank you and we hope your business prospers.

The sea was really close, so I used it like a pool. I did snorkeling a lot, but there were some cloudy days, but the fish were also visible and fun. In addition to the 24-hour grocery store, there were many grocery stores, so it was convenient and nice. It's a gamblegama.

Sunrise apartment on the 40th floor was great and our host had great communication. It was the second time we rented an apartment in this building and experience with this host was far superior. The apartment was clean and everything was in order. If you're thinking of renting this apartment, I strongly recommend it. Amazing views and central walkable location. However do bear in mind that they have 3 lifts servicing 46 floors and sometimes one of them will break down. So if waiting for the lift or in the lift annoys you then this place isn't for you. The apartment isn't re-cleaned until you ask. So you need to send them a message every few days when you need it cleaned. Host's very responsive. Also note if you rent a motorbike, you pay each time you enter and exit the car park. 5k dong during the day and 10k dong overnight. If you'll be here for a while, then get the monthly pass for 100k dong which gives you unlimited entries. However they go by calendar month and not 30 days.

Right in the middle of things and easy to get to restaurants and shops nearby. Easy distance to the beach and very helpful with respect to questions about the area.

Apartment as advertised, tidy, clean and complete. Quick service after booking request, and very friendly. Close to a beautiful beach, surroundings very touristy. For more atmosphere/contact with locals, you'll continue from the beach.

An apartment was extremely clean and also there were all necessary house equipments, that made it so convenient for me to live. Furthermore, location is extraordinary as well, each room has a sea view and around the building are plenty of restaurants and also shopping mall. I recommend it to everyone.

It’s a new building hiding behind Trần Phú famous beachfront avenue. So you pay less and still within short distance to the beach and the night market. Friendly staff. Strongly recommend
