皆さんにこのアパートをお勧めします。 LinhさんとKhanhさんの対応は素晴らしかった。予約前の質問には迅速に情報提供をくれた。 チェックインは通常セルフチェックインのようですが不安なのでお願いしたら2人で出迎えて下さり、部屋の説明をしてくれました。また滞在中のいくつかのお願いにも迅速に対応してくれた。 立地は最高で有名なドム市場のすぐそばで、近くには地元の人が通う安くておいしいレストランがたくさんあります。スーパーのロッテマートやニャチャンセンターにもゆっくり歩いて１５分程度です。 また寝室からは海が眺められ、ベランダからの眺めも最高です。 設備がまだ新しく食器や寝具類はとてもきれいでした。。 残念なのはただ一つで、曇りの日が続き最高の眺めを十分楽しめなかったことです。 今度は天気の安定している季節に来たいと思います。

We had a great 4 nights at the apartment. Check in was super easy and friendly. Communication from Hang was great. The apartment is attached to the hotel and staff here are all wonderful. Very respectful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble…..we asked for extra towels and they were brought up immediately and the apartment was serviced daily). The breakfast provided was a bonus too, thanks to Hang. The views from the apartment were awesome and the location was perfect. Right across from the beach which was busy at times but very well maintained and clean, and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is extremely convenient, close to everything we needed. The room looked exactly like the pictures—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I loved my stay so much that I would definitely travel to Nha Trang again just to stay at this place!

Place is gorgeous, very spacious and have an incredible view!!! Something I always look for rooms in Vietnam are showers that won’t splash water everywhere and this was perfect!

Au delà des attentes le logement était parfait ! Contrairement au autre appartements du building. L appartement de Binh est ultra moderne ! belle vue étage élevé , piscine avec vue à couper le souffle , téléviseur géant. cinéma maison , aucun problème d'eau chaude ou d'ascenseur. Très bien situé dans la ville loin du bruit d'élu centre et la plage du nord est bien plus belle et moins achalandée .Séjour de rêve à recommencer fortement ! De plus il nous a accorder mainte fois durant le séjour ! Vraiment formidable !

Truc是非常认真负责，积极主动，信守承诺的人。他主动提供taxi，而且是best price！出租车准时到达指定地点，非常靠谱！ Truc还帮我们存行李，一站式服务，让我把行李留在房间里，他的工作人员会帮我们拿走，并且会在我们约好的时间有人提前给我送到前台，服务特别特别周全！ Truc的房子是在最好的地理位置，离海边走路只有3分钟，周边都是各种美食酒吧各种小吃。 房间与图片描述的一致，俩室一厅海景房，可以做饭，公寓有免费的无边泳池，房间阳台俯视整个芽庄的夜景美极了！ 有机会再来，一定还会住在这里！

Шикарный вид из окна, две недели пролетели как миг 😀не сразу разобралась, как функционирует горячая вода, но владелец жилья был всегда на связи и очень быстро все разъяснил.

Really good place to stay in Nha Trang. It’s in a good location, in the middle of everything. Also next to the night market. The room was clean and spacious and had a huge bathtub. 10/10

I really enjoyed this place! I think this is the best location if you want to feel the holiday atmosphere! As the view is just incredible! Notification is also nice for getting everything shops restaurants, cafés! So I would really recommend that. In the apartment, you may find any that you may need all kitchen equipment) air condition works well! Thank you for staying!

We loved our stay in Hoang’s place! It’s so close to everything, has lovely amenities and was absolutely spotless! Particularly loved the view from the balcony of an evening. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a modern place in Nha Trang in a prime location!

We loved our stay in Steve’s condo! The view was breathtaking and the location could not have been better. We stayed there for 30 days and we would have loved to stay longer. I highly recommend this apartment!

+ Vị trí siêu tốt cách bờ biển 2phút, toà nhà có khu trung tâm hiện tại, quán cafe và nhiều nhà hàng trong toà nhà, có siêu thị Lotte, đặt biệt khu vực buffet Poseidon vô cùng đa dạng các món hải sản. + Căn hộ vô cùng hiện đại, Tivi có Netflix, rất phù hợp cho cặp đôi, căn hộ có tầm nhìn ra biển có đảo ngọc Vinpearl. Tủ lạnh lớn là khu vực bếp có máy giặt hiện đại. Hằng chủ nhà rất thân thiện, chỉ dẫn dễ hiểu. + Đây là nơi hoàn hảo khi đi du lịch, sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè khi đến Nha Trang

Отличная квартира с двумя спальнями, двумя санузлами и большой кухней. Из окна прекрасный вид на море. Нам всё понравилось.

Отличная квартира, вид на море. Все под рукой. Есть все необходимое для длительного проживания. Интернета достаточно для всего (созвоны, кино). Внизу здания тц. Есть большой супермаркет. Есть немного муравьев в жилье, но мне с этим ок, только еду не надо оставлять нигде) Точно буду бронировать это жилье еще раз) Иногда слышно караоке, но а где нет и заканчивают до 23.

Внимание! Цена слишком большая для этого жилья. Вы можете снять на 400-500$ дешевле такую же квартиру здесь спросив у местных, в чатах, или на ресепшене. В целом это хорошее жилье с хорошим видом на море. До пляжа минут 10 идти, рядом есть русские кафе, в 15 минутах хорошие супермаркеты и аптеки. В номере было чисто, без муравьев, насекомых и прочей живности. Соседи на момент моего заселения были тихие, в 23 часа точно было уже тихо, для меня это важно. Стены не картонные, не слышно, что происходит в коридоре, потому что снизу поролон закрывает щель + кровать за стеной. Вся мебель была другая, не как на фото. Если вам важен дизайн - уточняйте у хозяина. С хозяйкой никак не взаимодействовал, по этому вопросу ничего не могу сказать.

Our short stay at this apartment was simply wonderful. The space is immaculately clean, airy, and spacious, with plenty of natural light and a calming sea view that made every morning feel like a fresh beginning. The beds were comfortable — supportive mattresses that gave us such good rest, which is often hard to find when traveling. The location is super convenient, just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by everything we needed. But what truly made the experience special was the host. Exceptionally kind, attentive, and warm, they went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth and relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for home in the heart of Nha Trang 💛

It's the second time we visit Nhan's place, We loved our stay! Fantastic view and the pool was great. Could see an sunrise from the balcony every day! Kitchen was well stocked. Very spacious and nicely decorated. It was my personal favourite.
