A unique experience i shall remember all my life ... Didn't expect a tree house 10 m high from the ground :) well , a live in a triplex house , am always going up and down the stairs , so trained enough for this , though its totally different experience here , was worried about the strength of the structure... Was told it was built based on the guidelines of auroville tree house society , seemed sturdy enough for normal weather ... some improvements can be made from the guest point of view which i suggested to the friendly management team , a group of youngsters ... overall a very good experience. saw fireflies for the first time in my life here ... if you look up in the night , you may not find stars but will definitely find fireflies ... the place has peacocks, fly catcher and lots of other birds , you can sea a canopy of trees from above , particularly east balcony , best throughout the day to retire with a book ...food homely though improvements needed in timings,serving,choice.

Prem is always a great host, and this penthouse is the best location I have stayed at in Tiruvannamalai. The pictures are a clear representation of the place. It's located on a quiet street, walking distance from the ashram and has a view of Arunachala. You won't be disappointed
