The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We would definitely come back.

I just spent four wonderful days at Villa Arzilla, totally immersed in nature, silence and peace. The house is beautiful and surrounded by a large garden. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well stocked, a nice fireplace, books, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The view of the hills and mountains is magnificent...the Villa offers gentle awakenings and evocative sunsets. Mrs. Sandra was very nice and approachable, she gave me and my dog four days of pure wellness.

We felt very comfortable right away and the beach was very easy to reach on foot. The fact that the loungers and the parasol were included in the apartment was great and we were able to enjoy the large beach and the clean sea. Restaurants were also easily accessible on foot. The apartment was big enough for us 3 adults. Very well equipped and very clean. Massimiliano was always easily accessible and gave us good recommendations. Thanks for a good time!!

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. We were very comfortable. Everything was well appointed. the veranda and the view of the snow covered mountains and the sea were stunning. The beautiful hardwood floors added a luxurious feel to the house. It is definitely a villa with a beautiful garden. We would have liked a couple of lamps to brighten the interior a bit. The hosts were very kind and welcoming . All in all an extremely pleasant stay.

Carmela welcomed us in person, giving us the opportunity to check in first. The area is very quiet, the description of the house reflects reality. There's everything you need for a peaceful vacation. We had a great time, even our two dogs had no problem adjusting. On foot you can reach the sea (no sand but stones and mostly free and unequipped beaches). In Marina Palmense there are no evening activities for after dinner, so you have to travel by car but a few km away there are various towns that offer entertainment. For a peaceful vacation, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Better than the pictures! An amazing property in its own right but also only 10-20 min (driving) from beautiful hilltop towns and beaches with world class pastries, gelato, restaurants. Would absolutely go back.

We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. If you want to experience the real deep Italy, you must stay in this beautiful, peaceful and comfortable place, the sound of the birds, the wind, the amazing garden with a lot of flowers blooming, make this experience memorable for me and my family, we will definitely come back.

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super stocked. The place is wonderful! Take a bathroom with Sibillini mountain views, unparalleled! Great location to get away from it all. Caterina is very available and flexible. We will definitely want to return during the sunflower flowering period! Highly recommended!

We used Serena's place in a particular context. Indeed, it was a support point for our team that was participating in an international sporting event. My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!

We had a really nice weekend in this house with a pool. The apartment was clean and tidy. The outdoor spaces are truly beautiful: spacious, well-kept and perfect for relaxing, with a breathtaking view! We appreciated the access to the vegetable garden and orchard, a detail that really made a difference for us. Another positive note goes to the presence of Leo, the owners' dog, who is very well behaved. They kept us company 😊 Hosts have always been discreet but available when needed. The pool was at our complete disposal and we enjoyed a nice privacy throughout the stay. The area is very quiet, ideal for getting away from the routine. If we really have to find a small criticism, only a few basic items were missing, such as napkins and oil, but nothing that compromised the experience. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature!
