Apartment vacation rentals in Villa Basilica

Words can’t explain how perfect this place was! We’ve stayed in luxury hotels that weren’t this amazing! Not to mention, Lucia is so kind and patient. I like when the owner meets us as it shows they take pride in their Airbnb. I can say the pictures on Airbnb don’t do it justice. The neighborhood and city is magical.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay in this lovely apartment in Lucca. The location was perfect, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly helpful and provided great local tips, making our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Lucca!

We only stayed 2 nights at Laura’s apartment in Lucca. It looked just like the photos. Communication was good, as were the nearby restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would recommend

Lovely apartment with everything we could possibly need.

We can definitely recommend this beautiful home. We stayed for almost a week with our dog Maya, who was very welcome and felt right at home. The house and garden are even nicer than in the photos—spacious, well-kept, and full of charm and care. The pool and the fire pit were great extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also really convenient for visiting Lucca, Pisa, and Florence. After a busy day in the city, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back. The contact with Maurizio and Co was very easy, informative and super friendly - 10/10 :)

We had a great stay at Natalia‘s place. It was spacious, very quiet overnight and comfortable. We really enjoyed the use of the pretty secluded garden. Natalia was a very responsive host and kindly reconfigured our bed arrangements on the day of our arrival 😀 It was nice to meet her and be given all instructions for everything The apartment is very well located, a short walk from Montecatini Centro station and very close to restaurants shops and bars. I’d recommend! Thankyou Natalia!

We only spent two nights in Deborah's apartment, so we didn't experience it thoroughly; however, the apartment is as described in the listing, really very spacious and above all very quiet. It is located in a fairly strategic position for those who want to visit the surroundings, but you still need to have a car to get around, for which there is an indoor parking space available. Positive experience, unfortunately short for us.

A fantastic base for exploring Lucca! 2 minute walk from great bars and only a little further to the heart of the city. Really comfortable accommodation and Francesco was so helpful - offered to pick us up from the train station and had loads of great recommendations. Thank you!

The description of the apartment was fully consistent with what I found upon my arrival. The environment is quiet, furnished with taste and attention to detail. I had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place.

Miriam was an amazing host. She was always available and we got a lot of helpful information for the area. The apartment is very nice, very tastefully decorated and everything was super clean. There were many attentions (water, coffee, breakfast, enough towels, etc.) we didn't miss anything. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for everything. 😃

Mariele’s place in Montecarlo was literally perfect for a Tuscan getaway. The place is very cozy but with a spacious bed and bathroom. We used the terrace loads which was a luxury. And it is literally in the middle of Montecarlo which is such a stunning place with a record nr of good restaurants in 1 street!

Stayed her for 3 night with our family of 4 (2 kids ages 5 and 9). The place is better than the pictures. Beautiful outdoor area, lots of space for kids to run and swim. Location is close to restaurants including one of our best meals in Italy - “Da Benito”. Franco was attentive and kind. They even made us a welcome meal/wine. The place had everything you could imagine needing and more ie. Robes/slippers. Our only regret is not staying longer. Will definitely be back! Book it, you will not regret it!

We stayed at this apartment in Montecatini Terme and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and located just around the corner from the train station. The host was very responsive and made sure to message us daily to check in. He also kindly allowed us a late check-out since we had a late flight, which made our departure much more convenient. It's a good option for a couple, but I wouldn’t recommend it for four people as advertised. The sofa bed is quite small and there's little to no privacy, which would make it uncomfortable for two couples. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with little touches that made a difference — like two bottles of water in the fridge, coffee/tea for two days, and soap and sanitary kits in the bathroom. One thing to note: each guest receives one set of towels for the stay. Additional towels come at an extra cost or need to be brought along, which is something to keep in mind for light travelers.

Every step from check-in to check-out was smooth, accurate, and prompt. The interior of the accommodation was even better than it appeared in the photos, and unlike many other places that are only cleaned on the surface, this one was impressively well-maintained even in hidden areas. The surrounding area was peaceful, and the recommended restaurants were comparable in quality to top-rated spots in major cities. It was also great that we could easily tour both Pisa and Florence during our stay. I would sincerely recommend this wonderful place to anyone considering a visit to the area.

Beautiful apartment, perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Collesalvetti is not a tourist stronghold, and that's exactly what we were looking for. Good, friendly cafes, bar, gelateria, restaurants... around the apartment and around Collesalvetti there are many and the tourist Tuscany hotspots or beach are easily accessible by car. In short: For our next trip to Tuscany, we will be happy to come back here :)

We loved our stay at Rossela’s. Spacious, clean, and best of all, we loved the outside patio. There are 59 stairs up to the apartment which was fine for us and worth the climb.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

If you wanna do social ig picture and tell to the world that you are in Florence , there is no other place more characteristic then this one . Wonderful . My girlfriend is still thanking me

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Eo has a gem of a place in the ❣️of Florence. The place was delightful and the garden terrace a bonus with jacuzzi. It was clean, lovely linens - the mattress was not my favorite but after great wine & pasta, pfff… I recommend for business or pleasure!

Location, location, location is the key to Emily's flat. It was easy to find, easy to explore Lucca on foot and near to local shops and restaurants, The flat was clean and comfortable. The terrace was lovely however, the one thing beyond Emily's control is the traffic noise. It was very noisy when one tried to have a snooze on the terrace in the late afternoon or read a book (which we did). However, I had earplugs so I popped them in and voila all was good! All in all a lovely place to stay and would recommend particularly if you have a car. Btw parking charges outside the flat are very cheap but beware over the summer period there is a temporary extension of the parking meter hours which is not on the machine. Parking charges are extended on Fridays and Saturdays (8am - 11pm). All other days it is 8am - 8pm. We didn't realise so got a ticket at 2245 on the Saturday evening which was rather puzzling until the man in the tourist office looked it up on a local website!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
